Well-built, this snow pusher has reinforcing bars across the back (see photo). The handle is a good length; I am 6 foot 1 inch and the handle length is comfortable. It comes with a screw attaching the grip to the handle/pole. It also has a second hole where the wooden handle fits into the blade backing. I also bought the same blade with a longer handle and no grip; it does not come with reinforcing bars across back (see comparison photo below).

Colorado Springs
When hit with 10" of snow, my True Temper pusher helped save the day.

I've used the True Temper 24" aluminum pusher for over ten years because it works the best for me; and real men don't like using plastic shovels. Not only can I push large amounts of snow, I can also pick it up and remove it from my driveway without undue back strain; the pusher does not allow one to pickup loads that may be too heavy, especially for a 71 year old. Another feature I like is the strength of the aluminum; this allows me to remove snow that became packed-down due to someone walking or driving on it before I could clear my driveway. I had to order online because no vendors in Colorado Springs had the model I wanted in stock and it was delivered in a couple of days. I bought two just to have a back-up and one for my wife to use when she helps me; she is 72.

Horrible design. Fails quickly
There is a crucial rivet supporting the blade-handle connection. It is on the bottom, directly exposed to the surface you shovel.Shoveling a driveway or sidewalk? It quickly wears away, and the shovel is now useless.

Does the job of a pusher and cuts through icy slush with ease but even scooping a small amount of wet snow you can feel the blade flex. Overall the shovel feels a little cheap which should reflect in the price.

Snow Pusher is an Excellent name for this shovel. The width is perfect for clearing the walk from my neighbors' driveway past mine to the other neighbors' walkway. It also helps when clearing those driveways, of course.

Handle length too short therefore leverage is compromised. Have to bend to push the snow. It cuts through the snow .
