The tsunami seal kit for my garage seems to work fine

The product came with the necessary materials and was relatively easy to install. I didn't really need the caulk gun, so I feel the price is a bit inflated, but it worked as described and has kept the water out of my garage - it has been installed for about a month with no issues. I had to use some additional piece at the edges with some silicone, but that was to be expected. I wish I would have found this a long time ago.

They sent to me the wrong size

If I could give you a 0 on this item, I would. I bought an 18 ft. one for my garage, the water comes under it. It does not stop it, not even by a little bit. I even bought another kind of sealant and went back all along the edge and it did not stop the water. I noticed the other night that water is coming under the door and then over the top of the threshold. This was a complete waste of my money. I also purchased the flood bags, they were a joke too. Have them in front of the garage door and inside the garage door and with all that, still have rain water get in my garage.

This is the best product I could find to keep water from creeping under the door. Don't look for anything else..just buy it ! You will not be disappointed ! I did a 9 foot door and an 18 foot door on my garage Two thumbs up !

Easy to work with. I installed it on a warm day in August after the seal had been unrolled and laid flat for several days. A hacksaw cut the seal without a problem. I might have used too much adhesive as I had a lot of squeeze out. A putty knife picked up most of it and mineral spirits got the rest. Haven't had any rain yet so I can't talk about its effectiveness. An easy project done in the summer. If it wasn't so warm it might have been more difficult.

Easy to install but did not hold water back

This product does a great job separating the weather from coming under my garage doors. It also makes a nice transition from my epoxy floor to the unfinished concrete outside my garage.

It works great!!!! I had a roll up door that leaked really bad in the rain. Just bad design by metal building company . This seal fixed the water issue. Highly recommend this kit.

Amazing product very happy with it

The entire time remodeling a building for a commercial kitchen (during the winter), water was running in under the overhead door. We ordered this online, and was concerned it would not work, but we had to do something. What we liked most was the raised part of the seal is positioned on the inside, and the overhead door closes on the flat part. The seal works perfectly. We had a week of rain and snow, and no water inside the kitchen. The only problem we has was the liquid nails. The tube didn't have a stopper on the back end of the tube. My husband didn't notice it, and put it in the caulking gun and had liquid nails squishing out the back of the tube. We also didn't get a caulking gun in the kit. This was a minor downside to how well the seal work. The seal itself is 5 stars.

Seal is good but way too much money for what you get. Need to sell the seal separate, now I have 4 caulking guns.

Easy to follow instruction . Calk gun was provided . Wish they would not have provide but gave a option of less money for product if not used . Used my own calk gun . Easy

I install this Sean on a customers garage to stop water from entering th garage. This is the third time I have installed and each time it worked and not problems. You do have to seal the area when the seal intersects or comes close to the garage trim to pr vent water from going around the end....

I followed the great directions and installation was easy. I let it set for 24 hours and the bond was solid. No leaks after one rain.

Glue was very old and leaked the first time it rain, quality of the rubber seems to be to notch though.just buy new glue.

I installed the seal exactly as directed, however, rain water flows right in between the seal and the gasket at the bottom of the garage door.

Great product. Love that everything needed is included. Installation went smoothly. No more water under the door to my garage.

Two seals were installed two weeks ago. So far, they are working fine and I would buy again. The 4 rating is for the supplied caulk gun - very hard to use, the glue came out in drops. Luckily I had another caulk gun to use on the second strip and all went well. Suggest using a good caulk gun.

Product was easy to install following directions and works as advertised.
