i ordered two of these heaters through Home Depot, arrived within a week, UPS dropped off, i opened and both heaters had the bulb busted. these bulbs are not meant for harsh shipping. i contacted UFO Customer service and they do lack work ethics, i provided proof of received damaged packaging, provided as much detail as they requested, 10 pictures, videos, purchase receipts, i gave all, and all i received was late responses and lame excuses saying there is no way for them to verify their fault.

I want know that my heater getting automatically off after some time , so whats the solution for it.

Easy to assemble and keeping my garage heated

The heater worked great, but for less than 40 hours. Manufacture warranty will not cover the return or promise you will get a new one. After doing some research, I found that I am not the only one with a short life problem. And never got a refund.

Heater ok, but no remote control. Wanted to hang it up outside but would have no easy way to change controls.

These are overpriced and not worth the money. I bought something similar from somewhere else at half the price and it provided more heat, even though they were both the same wattage.

Works well. It was easy and fast to install. The angle is adjustable to point it where you want the heat.

Requirements on where it could be installed and the shortness of the cord made it impossible to use it. Extension cord was not an option; a standard outdoor use cord was considered unsafe and the heavy gauge contractor cords were too long and expensive.

This is not a totally fair review, because Home Depot sent me a used heater, rather than a new one, so I did not get to try it out.

The infrared heater preformed as I expected it would. Good product. I recommend it.

Love the Infrared Space Heater. We hung it from the roof of our gazebo. It really helps keep the area warm and comfortable on cool evenings.

We bought the heater for a covered deck. They don’t project much heat, they would work well in a cooler area with walls. There is no blower, so you have to be pretty close to feel the heat. I do love how quiet they are

Device gets extremely hot itself but does not project much heat. Only works if you are very near the heater or if you are using it in a small space.

Once I moved it 10 foot closer, it’s doing a good job. I guess I thought it would heat more area than it can. Overall happy with the heater, looks good in the gazebo, small and nicely made.

Been using the heaters off and on for about a month. I really don’t have any complaints with the heaters themselves, but for my application, they are a bit underpowered. These are probably best suited for indoor use or in a more closed off environment. Has great features and love the remote.

I bought this for my husband for Christmas. He is retired and like to do repairs and hobbies in his garage in the winter, but when it is too cold he cannot do anything. This heater allows him to do his work and not freeze while he is doing it. I recommend it highly!

these are amazing...they hear far better than the btu rating implies because they do not heat the air....we have struggled to keep our 24' by 36' block building warm for years with its 14 foot ceiling. three of these were perfect. they warm the concrete floor and the heat stays on us...where we need it ! lol it was once miserable damp and drafty...now its cozy. no blower also means less worry over filters
