Not huge.. what we wanted.. great for a party of 2..lol.. very easy set up

SUMMARY: Overall this is a good value for an entry level plug and play hot tub. It did meet my expectations and I am satisfied with my purchase. It is on the smaller side of course when compared to others. It is relatively shallow, this makes for a good lounger and is good for kids. The plug and play style makes for easy electrical set up. What I don't love about it is how it heats. I believe it heats the water by capturing the heat that comes off of the circulation pump. What this means is that it heats rather slowly, and when it is heating (basically always) the pump is going (the familiar sound you hear when a hot tub's jets are on). The outdoor temp in my location is in the 40's. It seems like this thing is running nearly all day and night. When it finally does reach temp and shuts off, once you open the lid and get in, you have about 5 minutes until the pump kicks back on to heat it. Installation of this (or any) hot tub is rather difficult. This item is very heavy and it took 5 guys to lift and place it. It calls for a concrete slab for a base (recommended option), but I used a 6" deep pea gravel base pad with 3/4" plywood on top and it worked great. Be sure to level the base well, otherwise the water line will clearly show you how off you are. The lid/cover I received was dark gray by the way.

Good hot tub for the money, even though it is cost effective spa it came ozone ready. The only draw back is the friction heating system but I had to have a 110v tub

Excellent price, excellent service. I was contacted by the spa company directly to arrange delivery. Truly a plug and play, we could fill it and start it right away. It takes about 24 hours for the water to come up to temperature (104 degrees) and it holds the temp perfectly. Access to the filter is very convenient. I would advise checking the filter connections before filling though. I was filling and we saw a leak. The filter connections had come loose in transit but it was a very easy fix.

This is a decent model if you are not in a very cold climate. As others have stated this unit does not have a separate heater which allows for the 110v connection. The unit does get very hot (I have only tested it down to 70° ambient temps) but drops quickly once you get in and turn on the jets with cover off. The best bet is to get in without turning on the jets and let the heat cycle come on automatically as the water temp drops. I have had it up to 102° so far. The jets are not extremely powerful but if you are in it by yourself you can isolate one set of jets for pack pain relief, etc. I would say this is really only big enough for 2 adults, possibly 3 if people are short. We have 2 adults and 2 young children in the unit and it is a bit cramped. As far as fit and finish goes the outside edge of the inner shell arrived rather ragged and flared out in certain places. I had to knock down the burrs with a file for safety. There are a few knicks in the tub from manufacturing or installation but I can probably knock down any edges with a file once I drain it the next time. I had difficulty leveling this unit as I am pretty sure the base is not flat. I had it placed on flat ground and it still rocked when empty. Shimming it up to get it steady resulted in an unlevel water line. I have not done a lot of maintenance on it yet but the filter is very easy to get to. The pump however does not have an access panel and I only see a large side panel with several screws that is the most likely path to gain access. Be very careful with your start up chemicals and make sure you have the right bromine level before getting in. I had a low chemical level and my family has a bad rash all over us from bacteria. This is my fault but make sure you buy a test kit and check alkalinity, pH and bromine levels.

Absolutely love this hot tub. It’s perfect for my family!!

I previously had a $12,000 spa with all the bells and whistles. This hot tub is not THAT hot tub. This is a $3,000 hot tub. It does not have all the bells and whistles. But it does have what it advertises. It DOES have 43 jets. Each small jet inside the big circles counts as 1 jet. So while there are only less than 20 bug round jets, inside all of those are individual jets. That's how the expensive hot tubs count them as well. It only has one motor, so the power of the jets is not going to blast you across the hot tub. It's going to just be a refreshing pulse on your body. The lid isn't the best, but again it's a $3,000 hot tub. So the fact that the lid fits and can be attached so that it locks is great. The best part of this is that it plugged right into my outdoor outlet. I didn't have to spend $600 for an electrician to make a new outlet. I do worry about the tub being able to keep its heat in during the winter. But that's another 6 months from now! Until then, I'm loving this tub. It really could fit 4 people, although I'm the only one who has used it yet.

SO amazing! I love this hot tub! It came earlier than expected, was a little hard to move into the space, but very easy to plug in, set up and get using. Came with instructions and a quick guide to help with managing a spa...which is fantastic if you've never had one and has come in very handy! The tub is great quality, I love the color of the sides...absolutely beautiful. The cover is also great quality and snaps in place to keep kids out or keep the wind from blowing it open. It is comfortable, I love all of the different seats and jet options. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone looking to buy a reasonably priced, easy to install hot tub!

I received the spa a week ago and so far I'm satisfied. The delivery took about one month but went well and arrived in perfect condition. After filling... it took about 24 hours to reach operating temperature as expected since it is a plug & play 110 unit. It has been working well and I'm pleasantly surprised that the jet pressure is nearly as strong as my last much more expensive spa.

It says 43 but picture shows 19. Read a comment/review that mentioned this. Is there 43 jets with this hot tub?

Took well over a month to arrive. Plugged it in and had it on a full 24 hrs to find out the heater doesn't work.No manual it just gets dropped of like.."Ok here you go, good luck!" Pretty upset off about the whole deal.

Spa was easily set up and met all our expectations.

As expected WOULD buy again will recommend it to friends

Filter hard to get to. No Drain in bottom. No quick access panel for pumps and etc.

We have only had our tub up and warmed for a few days but we love it. It is exactly as described and what we expected. Delivery was later than planned and a bit confusing but it got here. Installation was easy, but owners manual included with the tub are for a different model.

hot tub was delivered on Friday the wife and I were in it Saturday afternoon warmed up very fast and keeps good temperature love it use it every night after work.
