I didn’t install it. A contractor did the work. The finished project was clean and neat. I had stains on the older panels so I only needed a few to clean up the area. The new ones weren’t the sam pattern but it didn’t really matter.

Fairly inexpensive tiles
Very easy to work with, however not extremely durable. Just be careful when installing and you’ll be fine.
