This was used to cover foam insulation installed on a concrete wall in between studs. The size is easy to handle, is moisture proof, and provided a nice smooth surface to install PVC architectural tiles when I was done. For me, this was the right material for the work I was doing.

Perfect for a small repair under the kitchen sink. Several years ago, a plumber shifted his weight and put his fist through the floor of the very old cabinet under my kitchen sink. The cabinet is so old that the cabinet floor was about the consistency of cardboard. There was a very large hole. I purchased a piece of underlayment to recreate the cabinet floor so I could continue to store items under the sink. The HD associate was very helpful to cut the piece of underlayment to fit the size of my cabinet. Recently, I had to have a plumber install a new dishwasher. The previous piece of underlayment had gotten soiled and mildewed from water leaking back down the faucet spray hose. So I did the same thing and purchased a new piece of underlayment and asked the HD associate to cut it to the proper dimension. One day I hope to renovate the kitchen and get all new cabinets. For now, the underlayment is an easy, inexpensive fix to have functional use of the cabinet space but is out of sight with the doors closed.

The actual process of selecting the material was ok. The poor rating is actually linked to arranging the installation. There’s been extra hoops and potential of added expenses that has been quite annoying that I’d like to pursue a full refund and pursue a more local installation.

sheet was as expected regarding quality unfortunately the upc label on one of the sheets was incredibily hard to remove which was a problem in that my project would show the best surface perhaps all should go on the reverse

Unfortunately it had some unforeseen soft spots that made it difficult to work around.

I’m actually using the underlayment for a paint project and it worked out perfectly!!

True to measurements. A little prone to bowing because it is so thin. Also prone to chipping at the edges. Be sure to check each piece for damage before buying if that would impact your use of the panel.

Good quality. No issues

I used it for sign projects and had it cut down to about 12x20 pieces. And once cut down I realized how incredibly warped the panels were. Guess I should’ve looked for a less warped larger sheet.
