I went to buy a security screen door. I checked it out on line. It was in silent 31, bay 3. I went there and there was a barricade across the aisle. An associate was on a forklift. I waited and waited. Finally, another associate came along and told CNN me the guy on the forlift would help me. Another associate came and helped me get the door on a lumber cart. There was no price sticker on the item, so I had to go back to bay 31 to take a picture with my phone. What should have taken less than an hour took an hour and a half! I was going to put it in my van and take it home for my handyman to install. It wouldn’t fit in the van. So I asked the associate if I could leave it in Will Call for my handyman to put in his truck. He said no, that I would have to return it. He put the cart and door outside the returns area. I waited and waited. A female associate was in a better mood. Yes, I could leave it for pickup, but I would have to return and re-purchase. So I did that.

The only thing would have made it perfect is if you included a drill bit for the predrill needed to drive those bolts!

As a property manager I purchase multiple security doors for my apartment complex. I dont like the fact that HD will not work with me on the $55 delivery charge. I either need to send my maintenance tech to pick it up or pay the fee. Other than that, this is a beautiful security door. My residents love it!!

looks great once installed. no mention of the special tool in the description so bought one but did not need it.

Have not been able to get it up in place as wife broke leg ( my helper)

Fast efficient and exactly what I wanted

We bought this door (two actually) and less than a year they were both rusted. Now our doors look 😖 awful. We live in New England. Don't buy this door unless it never rains or snow where you live.

Decent door. My biggest complaint is the lack of a template. It would be very helpful if the packages contained a full size template for the frame.

I am rating fair only because of the lack of supplies that should have come with the door automatically. door knobs should be included and the extra kit to cover the threshold. it would be much better to increase price of door and include all items. bad taste when you continually have to add on items so door will fit!

Love the screen door. It definitely serves its purpose. There’s a small gap at the bottom between my door jam and the screen that will need to be closed with some sort of weather stripping. Other than that, it’s a perfectly fine screen door.

The door is great, but what you are paying for the door, the door knobs should be included and the kits to finish the installation of the doors should be included. Even if you charge a little more, the xtras should come with the door.

Excellent quality but did not fit my door. No way to mount properly without additional hardware to bolt on to 2x4 frame beneath stucco.

Very good Screen door. I did have some issues with the metal mesh as it was bowed out away from the metal supports. But it is very well built & secure. Could have a few more of the one way bolts included with the shipment, would have been a great help.

Your basic steel security door. You can tell the craftsmanship isn’t great. I installed two of these and the flanges that cover where the lock is were different and not uniform. The hinges on were off on one so I had to work them a little so the door would actually close. Plus, they must paint these in half a second because there were areas of the screen that weren’t painted. They are cheap screens, so don’t have high hopes and you will be pleased.

Got no help loaded it picked out the door knob pkg and went to the register and then loaded into our vehicle ourselves. Nice door though

Door is great but hindge was a little tweeked. It would pop when you open door. I understand they weld thousands of these and they can't all be perfect but I was not going to uninstall and return for this annoying little problem. Looks nice though!
