This plant was dry and excessively curled upon arrival. The tips are yellow and small compared to the others I have! There was no receipt in the box or care tips indicating what type of soil is in the pot. I do not think this was a good batch. I gave it a fair rating because the plant is salvageable.

Hello, Sorry for the condition of the plant on arrival. I assure you the plant left the farm in excellent condition. We do our best to secure the plant for safe travel but unfortunately there are many factors that can affect the plants health during the plants journey to you. You can return the plant to your nearest Home Depot store on your next visit for a full refund. If possible, we would appreciate a picture so we can evaluate what went wrong. I was very disappointed in my purchase. The leaves on my bird of paradise looked very unhealthy. Sadly I needed to return it. I won't be purchasing from here again.
