These plants arrived so healthy and well packed! I ordered 6 to add decor to a new office space and all arrived in good condition. Lots of attention to how they were packed, and just as described. Healthy and ready to enjoy. The tie around the paper wrap kept dirt mostly in place so they were not messy to open.

When the plant arrived the soil was fairly moist, so i decided to let it dry out for a while, after 3 weeks the soil was still wet and the plant had developed powdery mildew. I decided to repot it to give it some better draining soil, which is when I realized the absurd amount of soild at the bottom, causing the roots to start rotting

No, both plants I ordered were damaged upon receipt. I sent photos via email & text & explained the damage. No response from the company.

All i can say is i’m highly impressed! From the packaging,it arrived in this tall box that had holes so the plant can breathe,the plant was secured to the box so no soil spilled! This plant is well over 2 ft tall and for $23 that’s a steal! (My local home depot has snake plants that are a bit shorter than this one for $30).Below is a picture of my snake plant repotted in it’s new home :) I would definitely buy this again.

It was packaged very well. It is a large plant. It arrived in a timely manner. None of the leaves were damaged during delivery. BUT this plant obviously had issues and should not have been shipped.

This plant was sent to a friend on his wife passing and sent to another state and it arrived healthy, well packed and she was beautiful upon arrival. He was very pleased and happy and already haf put her in a pot and found her a spot inside the home.

Some of the leaves lean over significantly. I don’t believe this was a shipping issue since the plant was packaged well.

United Nursery is the best! These guys have figured out how to ship plants. Both plants I ordered arrived in perfect condition, healthy, beautiful - I am amazed! I was skeptical about ordering plants online but I read the description, and the packaging this nursery uses seemed very ingenious, so I gave them a try. So glad I did! These plants are much more beautiful than the ones sold in stores in NYC. Thank you United Nursery!

Beautiful plant just as described.

Almost every single tip or middle of leaves are broken in half and the plant looks horrible. There are a few good leaves left but i bought a 10” pot not a 4” by the time i remove all the badly damaged leaves. Basically trash, poor plant. Dont waste your money and go with a nursery who cares.

Beautiful plant! I wasn't sure if the pot was plastic or ceramic, but it is plastic. The plant came very quickly. Awesome packaging in a box much bigger than the plant - extremely sturdy box. Plant is very healthy. Even though snake plants are extremely popular, you absolutely cannot find them in the stores. I would highly recommend United Nursery!!!

The plants i received were ok one plant was full and the second plant was real small can’t understand why i paid full price for such a little plant with more dirt then plant the second plant was not worth the money

My plant arrived in tact and quickly. For it to be a little over 3 feet, I was impressed. I’ve had it for about a month now, repotting it immediately out the box, and it’s doing well. I’d recommend United Nursery for your indoor plant needs!
