So far so good. I had the previous one for about 8 years so I hope this one lasts that long. It only came with a one year warranty so that's not good. I could get a bit expensive to have a new one installed every year.

It took me sometime to tie the wires together because the given space for wires inside the fan ceiling cover was small. But everything worked right away without any issues
