I couldn't get the deadbolt to adjust- even though the...
I couldn't get the deadbolt to adjust- even though the package said it Was adjustable. Apparently it was boxed wrong. Had not been opened before i bought it. Not Home Depot's fault. Had to finish the job that day to keep home secure- purchased a Deadbolt elsewhere, due to late evening discovery of parts flaw. Spent too much time trying to figure out why it wouldn't work. Home Depot took the Deadbolt set back. They refunded the cost back to my card- with apology. They really do try to make things right when the parts are defective!

After our storage units were broken into twice in one...
After our storage units were broken into twice in one week and the heavy duty lock I put on did not hold the second time I had two of these installed, one up high and one down low as well as a commercial grade heavy duty handle that the locksmith provided. It hasn't been tested by burglars fortunately but I think they're going to have to take a sledgehammer to the door. With any luck our new security systems will mean it won't come to that.

cheap lock
Bought it and returned. This lock cen be easly picked and drilled. If you need lock a closet go for it. It’s not for external doors.

I have a 2 inch thick iron door had problems...
I have a 2 inch thick iron door had problems finding a lock that would fit tried this store but didn't find any that fit my door had to purchase it online I'm very happy with it it serves it's purpose and feel secure it is a double cylinder deadbolt lock I love it my wife's loves it thank you
