One of the screens came damaged, and I cannot figure out how to open up the window and none of the manuals or videos online speak to it

I have only had my skylights in for a month but I love them. The snow sits on them for some time so they are not leaking a lot of heat. I did have a professional roofer put them in but with that said, not only did they complement me on them but they were easy to install and no leak issues. I would buy them again.

Online order was easy, unfortunately one was damaged in shipping, & had to locate/buy/ship another. Install was unevenful, but flashing kit, suggested online was the wrong one, & doing return/reorder. Online experience is great given closest store is 2 plus hours away by car.

Good product. Should include the flashing kit that is required for warranty instead of charging another $100.

Love our new Velux Solar Skylight. Operation is easy but rather slow. Our old one was manual. We are sure to use this light more often now for better air flow in our house.

VELUX deck-mounted skylights (natural wood or painted) are manufactured with a fungicide wood treatment applied.
