Perfect in every way
Super easy installation by my plumber. In fact it took less time than he had estimated to install. My sons love all the features and use them all. My youngest son said the water pressure feels stronger now - bonus!

Nice unit
Unit works well after I swapped out the 1.8 gpm flow restrictor for the 2.5 gpm restrictor. Makes a big difference in the quality of your shower time.

An overall good product
It’s a good looking product that works well. Our only issue would be that the finish comes off on the taps.

A great bathtub addition
After a few delays I finally installed my new Vigo shower panel and used it for the first time this morning , I absolutely love it , its so nice to have a pre-set water temperature ( no more messing around with the hot and cold taps to get the right temperature every time ) , and having a switch to turn on and off each shower array is really handy also . The installation instructions were easy to follow , no problems there .

I ordered three of these units and everyone of them had a faulty water mixing valve. I called customer service and they just told me to return it to the store. Very bad experience. STAY AWAY

VIGO Bowery 5 in. Shower Massage Panel with Square
We did a primary bathroom remodel. We bought this panel and it has delivered. The shower head feels soothing. The last button when set in the middle adjusts the temperature and it's always spot on.

Good but wish they were consistent
Replaced another Vigo after several years (I think the hoses were kinked but went ahead and replaced unit). I wish they had similar bracket spacing so I didn’t have to drill more holes for new brackets. The hoses they use kink easily so be careful. Overall, good unit for the price.

Functional Shower Panel
Happy with the purchase. I had same one before but calcium build up damaged knobs. It was too expensive too but parts so bought whole thing so that I don’t have to replumb for new shower.

Very good shower panel
Very happy with this shower panel. Installation was easy, it looks very good and is easy to clean. The one thing I would say is that the symbols next to the dials aren't very obvious. Still, a very good shower panel!

Thermostatic Valve failure
the shower panel won't give hot water after less than 2 years of use. you can find the issue and the solution from the youtube, search for 'vigo thermostatic Valve repair' before you buy a over $400 shower panel.

pretty good
Nice shower tower, though my husband took out the restrictors as many recommended. The only problem is that the bar holding the shower head has already come loose and there doesn't seem to be a way to tighten it. My husband is going to take it apart and add a gasket or something to fix it. Other than that, it's working great and looks good.
