We finally got this installed in mid July. I will add that we removed all 3 of the water savers prior to installation. Great water flow even with everything going at once. However we are not a fan of the hand wand and will probably look for a replacement for that. Otherwise, it’s a cool eye-catching addition to our new shower.

This is our second one. We liked it so much that when we could not get the thermostat out of the old one, we decided to get a new panel exactly like the one we had. We remodeled bathroom in 2013 and after a lot of research, this is the model we purchased. Back then the contractor was not familiar with this panel, but figured out how to install it which seemed simple to him. After 13 years, the thermostat needed to be replaced and the company sent us a new one but after trying every which way, my husband could not get the thermostat out. The customer service rep was very patient in determining what type of thermostat we needed and provided two kinds of instructions. (Wish there was a video) Even though the old one looked like new (and we used it everyday), we replaced it. The jets work fine, however, there is less shower pressure when they are all on. Turn the jets off, and the rain shower is pleasantly strong. I have no problem with the location of the wand. It can be looped so that it does not touch the floor when it is in the holder. I like to use the wand to rinse off the shower walls and also it will reach the shower bench when seated. We are happy with it.

All functions work as they should, we are pleased beyond expectations!

So happy we went with this one. It looks great & works great! Water pressure is good on all settings. Very relaxing.

I remodeled our master bathroom and put this panel in. I feel like I'm at the spa! We absolutely love it! I didn't know what to expect (thought it looked cool) and it is AhhhhhMazing!

The size is great, was the best fit for my retrofit. The spay sprayers do not have much adjustment. The wall brackets were not flared enough to catch the system. Had to lower the system so it would be nice to have options for s shape sower head extension that extends about 16-19” vs ~ 13”. Otherwise enjoying it.

Just installed this myself, love the end result, no issues with operation or water pressure. Works great, looks great. Only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is the installation. Two brackets must be screwed to the shower wall, then the panel slides down over those 2 brackets. I installed over tile (not a perfectly smooth surface), and it was impossible to get the panel to slide down over the brackets that I screwed to the wall (i.e. through the tile). I had to remove the brackets from the wall and bend them (with channel locks) away from the wall in order to get the panel to slide over the brackets. That alone took almost an hour to complete. I should have taken pictures to show what I mean. You'll also notice in the pictures that I mounted the hand wand right to the panel (instead putting more holes through the tile wall), and I also used the Vigo fixed glass shower door, which was easy to install (but it's heavy!).

Nice unit only issue is the pipe for tube fill is exposed .I had to make custom tile box see picture Also clips didn't hold it tight to tile so I put 2 stainless steel screws in top to hold it.

What a great product. It is a wonderful upgrade. Easy to install and looks beautiful. I have 60 psi and plenty of pressure for everything. The temperature blender works perfect. Stainless steel is never rust. Love it.

Absolutely stunning. Just as I envisioned it. Only complaint is that I wish the shower jets could work simultaneously with the shower head.

Purchased for our renovation along with Vigo sliding shower doors. Quality products and reasonably priced. Install was not difficult. Love my new shower!

We installed this unit as part of a complete gut-and -rebuild of the master bath. High quality construction and great spa experience. To achieve adequate pressure we did need to remove flow restrictors, but once that was done it was AMAZING!

Chose for the style and was impressed by the functionality

We just remodeled our home and this shower is beautiful. The only issue is that I wish the body jets had more pressure. The rain head and portable head have plenty. Other than that, this is amazing

I am very happy with my purchase. At first I didn’t know what to expect. I did my best to make sure I made the right decision in purchasing this shower panel by reading many reviews and researching a number of products. However, once I received the shower panel, I found it to be of good quality and that it delivered the experience I was looking for. It was very easy to install and is very intuitive to use. I would highly recommend this product, and I’m not easily pleased.

Why I love it ? Well as an industrial mechanic I concluded and appreciated the quality material components that make up this unit. Most competitive shower units use plastic and polymer fittings, while this Vigo shower spa is assembled with main fittings made of chromed brass, all valves rotate and operate flawlessly, my home water pressure is 45 psi. and all water jets, shower head and hand wand performed to my satisfaction totally, but of course not all water jets to be used at the same time.to summarize I would definitely recommend this Vigo Brielle Shower unit to anyone.

Quality construction and delivers an immersive shower experience. Would have appreciated the ability to position the holder for the hand shower differently as the hose drags on the floor at its fixed location. I ordered another holder and will try to install it in a secondary location. After removing the flow restrictor (we're on a private well), I'm happy with the flow.

I like the shower panel and it looks great. This is really good product and high quality materials. There are two reasons I am giving it a 4 star - first reason is that the hand shower is placed so low that it's metal cord falls on the floor when I keep it in it's holder. The second reason is that the massage jets are not that powerful, but still nice.

I was renovating my bathroom and I was doing black fixture so I went online to Lowe’s and so thiis shower it was love at frist site. Now that is installed it so fun to Take a shower.

We purchased this panel after returning a competitors panel. The Vigo Dilana is so much better built than others we tried. This panel is much more solid and feels like a quality piece of workmanship. Installation was a snap and it looks beautiful. A shower with this panel is a great way to start the day!

The only thing holding me back from giving this product five stars is a total lack of water pressure. I thought that the body jets would do something more than simply tickle me. My contractor explained this is a feature of all the new products on the market. Apparently there is some mechanism inside the unit that restricts water flow, even if the water pressure I have in my home is abundantly available. It’s OK that the total water pressure is divided if you run the body jets and the showerhead at the same time, I understand that. I just wish that I knew the flow would be substantially less than my previous shower head before I purchased it.

Liked it so much I bought a second one for our family washroom. Also recommended to my neighbour. Great pressure. Ease of use. Easy install. Had one issue and customer service was fantastic with sending a replacement part.
