It look so perfect at my bathroom , i just love it !

Please read if your considering this door! You’ll definitely need 2 people to install this. Took my brother and I about 3 hours. We had to cut the bar 4-5 time but that was us strictly being cautious. The installation was pretty straight forward. You’ll be very happy with this unit. Throughout the process I triple checked my walls were as square as possible and you need to make sure you have studs behind the tile. This shower door has some good weight to it (as to be expected). There are adjustments for out of plumb walls. The rollers are super smooth and doesn't take much effort at all to slide the door. My walls are 58 3/4” and as you can see I opted not to install the threshold because my curb is sloped towards the shower. If it became an issue I could always install it. I highly recommend this unit. I’m not one to go online and rate products, I do more along the lines of reading reviews. You can be sure this is a fantastic shower door. I posted a picture of it installed.

The shower door looks awesome, works well and looks beautiful. You’ll need to take your time as the directions can be a little confusing. The glass is very heavy so aligning and installing the stationary panel will need to be done with two people. I’m buying a 2nd one for another bathroom.

Beautiful, simplistic, solid shower door. Easy to install. Instructions were clear and precise. If you're at all handy, you'll be able to install this shower door. Thick shower doors but extremely heavy. This is definitely a two person install just to move the doors around. Everyone that see the shower loves the doors. Have had them installed now for over a month and no complaints at all.

Great or heavy and good looking

I purchased this shower door as the centerpiece of a bathroom renovation. It did not disappoint - it is absolutely beautiful, and shows off the new tiles on the shower wall. I did not install it but my contractor indicated that it was not particularly difficult to install, but not easy, either. I bought it in part because the sliding door could be mounted to open from either the left or the right side - this was important to us since there is no room to have the sliding door be the one on the right. I also liked that it comes in several different sizes, since we were restricted to a narrow size range based on the existing walls. There are a couple quirky little items to complain about - mostly with the water sealing strips and threshold. Considering the price, the company should really fix this, and it is an easy solution. The water seal between the fixed door and the wall is fine as is the seal on both sides of the moving door. However, the water seal strip that the instructions indicate to mount on the bottom of the sliding door (96013) does not fit through the slot in the threshold guide so my contractor left it off and we had some water that escaped under the door and onto the bathroom floor. The solution that Vigo offers is to mount the metal strip across threshold, but I thought that detracted from the appearance of a frameless door. Instead, I called the company and they were generous enough to send me another seal strip like the one on the handle side of the sliding door (96001). This is what should be mounted on the bottom of the sliding door, not the one that was included in the kit (96013). Unfortunately, since the door was already mounted I couldn't attach it to the underside of the door and through the threshold guide, so I glued it (upside down) where the metal threshold strip was to be and it works fine and is hardly noticeable (see photo). Vigo should remove the metal threshold strip and 2 of the 3 96013 seal strips that they include and instead include a second 96001. A cheaper and better solution.

Installed this shower door in my remodeled bathroom. Love the barn door look. The materials seem to be of good quality. I did a ton of research before I purchased my shower door. Unfortunately options are limited when you have a large shower door, unless you go custom. I read a ton of reviews on this and saw all the problems that people have had. First off I did the install with my dad. We are not professionals. On the photo you will see a black rail on the floor in front of the sliding door. It sits about 1/2 inche away from the sliding door side on the outside. This is supposed to be a splash guard I’m assuming. But there is still Minor water splash that gets outside the door. But it isn’t terrible. I have only had the shower door for a couple days. I did not have any issues with the door sliding after I shut it. (Creeping back). Although we were extremely careful to make sure it was level. My biggest complaint is when the door is shut it’s not completely square to the wall. So this is a small gap at the bottom corner of the door. The instructions are not great and it doesn’t adjust very easily. So my advice is to make sure your floor and walls are as plumb as possible. Biggest issue I had was with Home Depot online order and shipping. Door arrived and store turned it away so I had to wait three more days for it. But Home Depot made it right and I’m discounted my purchase for the inconvenience. It def takes two people to install and bring in. The glass panels are extremely heavy. Only other thing I wish is that it were a little taller. A person at 6’1 will have to duck under the bar to get in. But that’s just a small personal preference. Overall I’m happy with the purchase and I really like the door. If you take your time with two people the install isn’t that bad. I think it took about 4-5 hours.

Tgis makes my shower go from nice to WOW! They are heavy and very well made - the tailing is TOP NOTCH! NO REGRETS AND WOULD BUY AGAIN AND AGAIN!!

Just finished installation last weekend. While not easy, it was straight-forward and went smoothly with just me and my wife doing the installation. Adjustment was a snap, door is smooth, quiet and feels solid.

The doors look amazing in our new shower. They were chanllenging to install, however, the youtube video was a big help

Great looking great fit

No doubt you will need two people to install, the panels were heaver than I expected. The door looks great and rolls well. I have had numerous comments on how great it looks. I consider myself extremely handy, but I did have to read the instruction several time to verify that I was follow the correct steps. Once the project got started it went smooth. The shower was framed in for a fiberglass slide in, but we could not find one we liked. We changed to a tiled shower so we needed a door that would fit a 65 ¾ in opening. Also needed one with a fixed panel on the right and sliding on the left. VIGO had doors that fit a variety of openings and you can set either panel as fixed.

Instructions are not too helpful since they are out of order and seem to be poorly translated from Chinese. Take your time installing and it should go fine. We ended up reversing the doors to avoid water getting between the glass panes from the shower (the sliding piece slides outside the fixed piece nearest the shower head) but I actually like the look better this way as the clear plastic strip to keep the water from getting between the panes isn't visible unless you are standing in the shower. Very thick and heavy glass, the hardware is great quality. Shipping to store took forever, 3 weeks from the original 1.5 weeks. We didn't install the metal piece that is supposed to sit on your threshold below the sliding glass pane as it would be a tripping hazard and didn't seem useful.

This shower door is very stylish and functions wonderfully. We are so satisfied, that we will be purchasing one as a replacement for a shower that had previously been renovated

The instructions were a little more difficult to understand. But when we finally figured them out, all went together very well.

This sliding glass door exceeded our expectations. It’s gorgeous and quite substantial in looks and feel. Glides effortlessly on the stylish track. We couldn’t be more thrilled!!!

Beautiful shower door. Fairly easy to install and the door functions perfectly.

I love the design and overall quality but they sent too skinny rubber-water-stoppers so it leaks every time we take a shower. When you pay that much money you want it to work to 100%. With the rubber-water-stoppers working I would give it 100% a FIVE STAR rating.

First time I have installed these kind of doors. Easy to install with just the petite wife. Found a YouTube video from a firm in Miami installing this--supplemented the well-written instructions perfectly. Perfect fit in our case without trimming, e.g. 48-3/8 inch enclosure. I would do this job again and recommend it DIY to any handy homeowner.

These are great shower doors above and beyond the "off-shelf-options" but the installer needs to prepare in advance. The rod will need to be cut to length in most cases for custom showers ("hot-mop" applications). Also, make sure the roller "stops" are proper positioned-"rotated" on the rod. The roller must touch the rubber o-ring first and mine were reversed. When reversed, this causes the rollers to make contact with the metal base. The "stops" are NOT symmetrical. This "metal-to-metal" contact is loud and can't be good for the equipment. This is something the factory could fix during assembly so customer doesn't have to worry about during assembly. If you don't get it right the first time, you will need to take disassemble and re-assemble like I did (big problem). OR if the stops were designed symmetrical (base smaller), this wouldn't be a problem (would work either way). Great product though and I love the look! Very CLASSY!! Will never wear out like cheaper versions!!

The door itself is gorgeous but after less than 2 months some parts are getting rusty. I'll try to contact the company to see if they can replace those parts
