This product is beautiful! It’s obvious this company takes pride in their product as the packaging was impeccable. We are truly happy with our purchase.

The faucet is good quality, and the packaging was beautiful. The installation instructions were terrible, after a few very unhelpful calls to Vigo customer service, I found that the valve accepts 1/2" NPSM instead of 1/2"NPT. I had to buy $11 adapters to make them not leak with my PEX fittings.

I bought two of these faucets for my mid century modern style bathroom and I love them! Brushed brass or matte black faucets weren't in my budget and I think these make a great substitute.

I was a bit concerned about LoneStar's comment before ordering the product. Page 3 of the instructions clearly show the cold water supply going to the valve's side inlet and the hot water supply going to the bottom inlet. The faucet is not installed yet, so I can't address the leak concerns, but the product is beautiful and looks to be high quality.

I installed two faucet myself in the wall in my bathroom. Looks great and I have no problem with the water flow as described in other reviews. The only thing I will change is the COLD side handle turns on by turning clockwise. Clockwise is always the direction for turning on the water in the USA for round or square knobs, so I have asked VIGO for instructions to correct.

This was purchased for my master bath, easy to install and works flawlessly.

This is a gorgeous faucet, and it comes in at less than a third of the price of any other wall mount faucets available today. It's well made and I have no reason to believe it won't stand the test of time.

Does not have flared fittings. I bought two and both have small leak issues that took months to discover after the damage.

I inadvertently bent the spout when I installed the faucet. Your representative indicated a new one would be sent out immediately without charge...obtained in 2 days with over 1k miles in travel! The quality, value and style of this VIGO faucet is impressive and combined with the proven superb customer service = WIN!

These look great...must use valves and pull out the filters, or you will have poor water flow!

We received and installed two of these in our master suite, only to find there was no set screw (as described) to level the handle. We are too picky to leave it, so we asked for help and received 2 sets of new handles with the adjustment. Awesome and no charge! Also, agree with others about water flow being a little too strong--will be installing shutoff valves to reduce pressure at these fixtures. Other than that, these are stunning and work well in our design...

While there were no instructions, and the spigot did not screw down ... if tighten it will point UP lol but it does not leak even though the O-ring does nothing - however I have access to the setup and NOT locked behind wall. Since it does not leak, works wonderfully, and great price, I recommend. Dislike not having instructions, and dislike the fact there is no O-ring function. I love the operation and style. pete

I decided on a different mode of water supply so I did not need the faucet. I returned it unopened. I really like the features of the faucet.

We just recently remodeled our bathroom and bought vessel sinks. These faucets were easy to install and look absolutely beautiful in our bathroom. Highly recommend.

I installed this faucet myself during our bathroom remodel, My wife and I love it. I would have given it 5 stars but the O-ring supplied to seal the spigot to the manifold looks great but doesn't actually work. When you tighten the spigot so that it points down into the sink the O-ring bulges out and leaks. Very easy fix to just put a regular rubber washer on there, no more leaks.

Great looking! Great water flow. Only problem is that it leaks at the spout where it connects to the flow regulator. Trying to fix them now.

I had my plumber install this product and it is working wonderfully. It also matches my other fixtures to a T and everyone thinks they came as a set. The water pressure is more than satisfactory and I am pleased with my purchase.

I have had this product for 3 years and love the way it looks and functions. A few months ago I had a small leak and finally decided to take action. Customer service helped identify the problem and replaced the part at now additional cost. I would buy again
