Excellent quality. Just remove the cover and see which direction the brand is facing before install so it’s outwards (or your preferred direction). With the protective cover on the cap, I did not realize there was text.

Leaky and complictaed
I have replaced pop up drains before. I really liked the looks of this one and even though I thought it was a bit expensive we bought three of them because they matched our current faucets. The instructions are seriously way overly complicated to the point that I almost put it back in the box. Found installation to be a pain. Trying to turn the brass nut is almost impossible even with the correct tool. I never could get the seal underneath the sink. Both of the ones I installed leaked and not matter what I did I could not stop the leaking. Went to another box store and bought a different pop up drain for $20. Took me less time to install it, with no tools, than it did to remove this overly complicated drain.

The nut should never be difficult to turn until you make the final quarter turn. As for the leaks, the pop-up drain is designed to be installed as is out of the box and should not leak. This Pop-up was easy to install, no messy plumbers putty to mess with, no plastic parts, this is very well crafted durable metal, I was very pleased with the quality of it, and the price was reasonable and respectable.

Beautiful. Instructions are basic
The instructions are horrible. Usually there’s instructions with pictures of the product. I had to go on YouTube. Nice if there was clarity in the instructions and parts. Great product though. No plumbers putty. Doesn’t say anywhere on the box

Good Quality
3 weeks in and I am really liking these drains! They seem to be good quality. I have bought cheaper black plastic drains in the past that did not hold up with the high calcium water I have. Ihave been able to keep these clean and remove calcium marks. Hoping they continue to hold up!

The first one I bought had a very cheap Kohler...
The first one I bought had a very cheap Kohler one inside of it. Someone replaced it with a bad one that didn't fit. I haven't returned it yet. I bought a second one and checked the box before leaving and the vigo is perfect fits right and good looking.

Beautiful and easy product
Product seemed easy to put together for what steps I got. I apparently have to upgrade my whole bathroom if I want to use this drain. I have a modular home and the top didn't fit in the hole and the black washer part didn't fit the curve of the sink.
