This is definitely a MUST HAVE. The charcoal is lightened and pumped after less than 10min with this electric starter. No more matches, very easy, fast and clean. Mainly when used with the Vision Grills kamado what has a specific port to insert it under the charcoal.

I am new to cooking wirh charcoal and I am blown away to see how quickly this fire starter wand ignites my charcoal and wood when I am smoking something. Much better than a bunch of newspapers and lighter fluid!!! Much safer too and you don't have that horrible after taste from lighter fluid. I highly recommend this product!!

I never received it. Email said it was ready for pick up, once there customer service could not find it.
Item was lost or they gave it to someone else. Poor customer service...

Works well with the vision grill. The instructions could be more clear and I’ve found using it in the provided port on the front of the grill doesn’t start the charcoal quite a quickly as I’d like because it’s not in direct contact with the charcoal.

Simple and effective charcoal starter
This charcoal starter is simple to use in flawless. He simply put the check in your grill slide in the starter and that’s what it’s supposed to do.

Hi Willie, this is true for the Pro models but all Classics, HD1 and 1-Series ship without an Electric Starter. This item is also offered separately so customers can order a replacement or spare.

I am sure the grill is going to be perfect...
I am sure the grill is going to be perfect for my needs. I cannot get over the delivery people just leaving my grill outside of my garage never ringing my doorbell. They Just left it and pulled off. I’ma single woman and good thing my brother was here to push it into my garage.
