The light on the phone is to low i cant see how is call and i cant make it brighter

this pair of phones were crap the number 5...
this pair of phones were crap the number 5 on one phone does not work and the other one the speaker phone does not work you need. both phones to make a call if the number 5 is in the number or if you need the speaker do not waste your money on this . trying to get a refund
