I dread the day I will have to buy a gallon and hand apply polyurethane again. Without being able to review for longevity, I will say one thing: this was the easiest finish I have ever applied, and I will touch up some small areas before I'm done.

This product is far superior to any polyurethane product I have used. I am in the commercial real estate business and have wood floors in several of my office suites. Some areas of these wood floors receive heavy traffic from foot traffic and rolling chairs. Over time, the original finish is worn off to the point that the floor must be replaced. This product has eliminated the need to replace the floors. The proper application of a Varathane wood stain, that matches the existing floor finish, which is then sprayed with this product returns the floor to their original finish. You literally cannot see where the problem areas were. This product in combination with your wood stains, work great together and have saved me a lot of time and money.
