I absolutely love this couch. the packaging was brilliant. the fact that the underneath is Velcro... no more cutting the bottom of the couch to find a missing phone!!! it's firm and sturdy and absolutely beautiful. putting it together was soooo easy, my 14 year old did it!

I think this couch is so beautiful, which is why I was so disappointed when I put it together and felt how uncomfortable it is. It is terrible. The cushions were so firm (not in a good way) they literally crackled when we sat on them. I only weigh 110 pounds. I have been sitting in the corner spot (just at night before bed) and I can already feel the hard crossbands beneath the cushion where it is flattening. I’ve only had it for about 3 weeks! Awful. One of the cushions was compressed on the corner from being boxed and shipped and the corner never expanded. The included throw pillows are kind of a joke as they are tiny and were wadded up and wrinked from packaging. The freight company is on their way to pick it back up as I write this because I am returning it. The color is gorgeous. The style is gorgeous. But I would trade it for nearly anything else because I cannot stand to sit on it - and I am not very picky actually! Not even worth the price. I am shocked it has any good reviews unless those people got lucky and got better quality cushion foam. So uncomfortable it honestly makes me mad because this has been such a hassel. I don’t recommend this couch!

The couch is beautiful but the the pillows and Cushions are all different and some do not have that stuffing in it. I love my couch but it’s just not equal. I literally have to pick where I’m going to say because some are more staffed than the others including the back pillows and the bottom cushions.
