We installed this fence as our first vinyl fence diy. The first panel was perfect! We made a jig for spacing the posts. Somehow we got off in setting the posts, and every other post was too far apart. We ended up dropping a post in between the too far apart ones rather than dig out the other posts. It turned out fine. I recommend the C channels made by Veranda to finish the edges, as well as a professional-grade notching tool ($140ish) if you have to trim anything down.

Easy to trim to length if necessary. Even though it looks like a solid fence, the vertical boards are actually two slat panels that interlock. Since I needed a 5ft wide fence I removed two panels and cut one of them in half and the reinstalled it in the upper and lower rail.

We love our privacy fence...easy to put up..we placed it on our patio!

Love this fence! The price of installation was more than the price of the fence. Only needed 24 feet so bought the Veranda Dover 6 x 8 foot panels and installed it with a friend (a bit of work since we didn't have experience and we're older women). It was difficult to get information from the appropriate HD staff members - returned a second time, was ignored initially, but after a while got someone to help us (needed questions answered before purchase) but only gave basic answers, volunteering no info. Got helpful info from a customer in the checkout line. I've had it for about 2 wks and just love it. It is sturdy, although the pickets in the panels are the most flexible parts. It was sometimes difficult to insert the rails into the posts - a little brute force needed at times. Check your posts - at some stores they were scratched and/or dirty (had to go to 2 different stores to get all parts). Used shovels and post digger to dig holes (3 ft recommended by HD staff - could only do about 22-24", which I suspect is enough). Posts cut easily with a chop saw. Also recommend not concreting holes all at once. Concrete one, then make post adjustments for insertion of second end of each panel (once the concrete dries, no adjustment possible).

This was equil to a product from a local fence installer at 1/6th the cost. This was easy to install and assemble.

I bought these panels for the bulk pricing discount to begin replacing my old dated wooden stockade fencing. Being a bulk price item my expectations were reserved, i figured i would get a 3 star product, but i must say im pleasently surprised how awesome this panel looks, fits, and snaps together with the line and corner posts. I just finished over 130 feet of fencing. With several corners, a gate, and some modified cutting of panels to sneak it in within my property line and i have zero complaints. Also i would consider myself a C or C do it yourselfer, with limited expierence and this was very manageble!! I will be ordering more of these panels in the near future to foniah my yard.

Would have gotten an Excellent except for one thing. The labeling WAS POOR did NOT describe well that the panel could be angled for slopes. It only had one indication that and I MISSED it ! Caused me some problems as I STEPPED the panels AND too late to fix to a sloped install WHICH I WOULD HAVE PRERRERED!! So it went in Stepped and not following the slopes. REALLY NEEDED A LARGER LABELING SHEET SHOWING BETTER INFORMATION!!

I use it for a wind break on the porch. It works great because it’s windy here and I like too sit out.

This panel of fencing is very attractive and rich looking. I purchased this one piece to give me privacy while I was in the spa and it was the perfect size and did exactly what I wanted it to do. It looked much better than a wooden one. Yes I would definitely recommend this fencing. Mattydale New York

They are cheaply made.. it had dents in it. Not happy!

Easy to install and looks professional! Was able to install without much outside help, and this was my first fence. Just takes some time, but simple once you get the hang of it

I installed a 4x4 inside the posts and a 2x2 inside the headrails and it still is not sturdy enough. Push hard and the panel "split" apart at the tongue and grove. Fence panels are only 5' 8" tall, not 6' (I don't want a gap at the bottom). Headrail is 1.5" longer than the panels when panels are installed vertically. Could not find corner posts, had to cut my own corner posts from end posts. I wasted several posts and a fence section trying to install this **** and a lot of time. I consider myself a professional. I do not recommend this fence.
