Product cuts and installs easily, looks nice too, was glad you had it in stock, your competitor is missing out on some sales, thanks.

Balusters were very hard to install in both rails.

Product is really built well and really easy to install as long as you follow instructions, I’m not a GC and it looks perfect!!

came quickly. very well packed. store pick up was mostly easy (did have to wait a bit to get the attention of the associate on duty in the contractor area). no issues with the stair rail, decent quality, generally easy to work with, measuring and cutting. it's just to bad that the stores don't typically carry rail pieces larger than 6 feet. but frankly, i'm glad that i ordered it online as i have noticed that more and more people are not wearing any kind of facial masks at the home depot stores despite the fact that there are very large signs stating that all customers must wear a mask. not being enforced, so disappointing.

Bottom rail sags down a bit. It is not made of the same material as the very solid top rail. Bottom rail needs to be more rigid since the stair rail does not have supports like level rail sections do

I would be nice if the headline statement would say 7 ft 8 in rather than 8'

Very easy to assemble and install. My entire deck railing is by Veranda. Great product.

29'horizontal dim will not fit a 8 ft stair rail system or a 7.5 ft horizontal dim stair rail system , had to make filler block to make it work. Do the math on a 29 in horizontal right triangle the hypotenuse is not 29 in. Also no stair rail supports had to make them ,and it is a mistake to call this a 8 ft stair rail system.
