I really am pleased with the post caps and was...
I really am pleased with the post caps and was hoping they were on special for the July 4th holiday. I will check for a special for the next holiday to purchase more. The copper post caps endure the weather elements more than the wooden.

I thought they were metal, but they looked good. I had my deck builder install, but one has faded (from sun/heat & light rain) already. Not happy with that and I'm concerned about the long term appearance. We'll see.
