They traps are the real deal. Got three rats in 4 days. Easy to set and they have a hair trigger. Where you load the bait is good too. Definitely recommend

I've had success with this model trap in the past, but this particular one is difficult to set (won't catch) and doesn't seem to trigger properly. Normally it triggers when feeding and makes a clean kill on the head/neck, but I've had 3 catches all by the tail or rear leg, necessitating a kill of the wounded animal. I think I'll try to exchange it for another one and see if it works better.

This product exceeds expectations! I live on a farm in Miami Dade and this year for unknown reasons there has been an enormous amount of rat’s ! I have tried everything to eradicate the situation but these rats when to college. Nothing was working until l decided to try Victor traps. WOW! I’m finally winning!! 5 stars ??!!!

Put some mouse attractant paste in the center hole and caught 3 mice in 3 days.

Bought two. One works fine. The other would not set so I threw it away.

Trap is too stiff and doesn’t go off. The rats just get fed every night without any consequences. The old wooden traps are best. Will return these traps (all 3).

The traps provided a source of peanut butter for the rats. They evaded the spring arm every time. They were easy to set, but that’s the only positive.

I've had 3 of these traps for 2 weeks and only caught 2 rats. But the traps didn't kill any of them. The 2 caught were still alive and I had to deliver the coup de grâce myself. The traps have been sprung multiple times without catching anything, and twice they've caught something but didn't injure it so much that it couldn't run off, trap and all (I'm still looking for them!). I'm going to try tethering my last trap to a brick with wire.

The trap is well built but it seems that critters know how to trip it from BEHIND and then they steal the bait. Also, light critters lice mice can steal the bait w/o tripping it

These are really high quality traps and extremely sensitive to the touch. Snapped a mouse in just one day . Definitely recommend
