No internal lighting. Hard to see or read touch pad. Bright Yellow on black instead of lite white would be better.

The microwave works just fine, but it is made of lightweight flimsy materials. It's used in a second home and serves it's purpose.

Pitch black interior with a dim light bulb means it is impossible to see the cooking process, resulting in lots of boil overs. Awful the way the glass tray wobbles around, too. Unstable. Back it goes...

We are sorry that you cannot see the interior while cooking The grey interior helps hide food splatters and hides the interior when the product is not in use but can be harder to see while cooking. Ensure the drive shaft is properly seated and the roller ring and turn table are aligned and that should help with the wobble.

It has a section inside that was painted rough compared to the rest but doesn’t affect the performance also using the sensor to do popcorn could use another 30 seconds

Light weight so you need to use caution or it will slide off the counter when you go to open the door.

I’ve had it for a couple of weeks and been happy. I’m missing a couple of features from my old microwave-melting chocolate and butter, cook veggies and a couple more-otherwise I’d give it five stars-will have to learn new methods.

Clock light too bright
Timer kept returning to the clock time and I needed to see when I had ten seconds left
