The build quality of this product is very good, it's sturdy and has a nice stainless steel front finish; other sides are black. The freezer is big, it easily fits large ice cream cakes (in box). The fridge has a lower level & 2 glass removable shelves that can't be adjusted. The door shelves can easily hold 12oz cans. It has a removable plastic vegetable tray at the bottom level. The temp is adjusted by a dial (0-7). I keep mine at 3-4 which gives a fridge temp of 36 degF & freezer temp 0.

This just came by UPS. Seems to be a nice refrigerator. Too bad that it got damaged. A corner on the top in the back was bashed in -- not too noticeable. It seems that the Vissani company needs to design better packaging.

I am disappointed that my refrigerator was dented when it was unboxed.

Overall, it's a mid-sized unit that acts like a mid-sized unit. Can't expect it to hold a ton of stuff, but it also doesn't take up a ton of space in a room. The containers inside seem kind of flimsy and light. Not sure I'd trust these to hold heavy items. There also is no auto-defrost, so the directions say you have to manually defrost it every couple months. Feels like a step back in time to me.

Arrived damaged with torn box, dents and scratch. Not happy!

The delivery guy dropped the package at my steps. After unpacking I saw 2 big dents that are not covered by insurance. This was a present for my daughter for her dorm

This refrigerator is a little bit smaller than I anticipated however, that’s not necessarily a bad thing. I didn’t realize that it would fit perfectly in the space that I was using it in, which is a plus it does have one slight flaw however with the freezer section there’s a very fine line between Icing over and freezing however, I feel that’s a commonality Among mini fridges

The question is did they use it as a pinata. The refrigerator works great. Really like it. I just wished it been handled better by the shipper. It had four dents in it when it was unboxed. The box looked like it had dragged on the ground.

Perfect! At first when turned on the inside back wall of mini frig was icing up inside, When we adjusted the temperature settings to 3 it went away.maybe 2 if using inside home, however anything you put towards the back of refrigerator inside will start to freeze up, seems much colder in the back. The freezer works perfectly no icing up yet. We have this outside in our veranda here in Florida & with extreme heat,humidity outside under covered roof,It works well & for the price can’t beat it.

I bought this refrigerator, but it came with two large dents, but as I was already in my new apartment, I couldn't return it because I already had all my purchased products to store, I contacted them and sent a photo and they only gave me a discount of $40 then I went to see it in more detail it had an even larger dent on the side

This refrigerator came with a huge dent that was not obvious while it was in the box. It was sold to us in this manner! We picked it up from the store. Too bad. It's a nice fridge and was a good deal.

The main things you need from any fridge are space to store your items and of course the ability to chill them to your desired temperature. This fridge does just what I need on both accounts. It has a small footprint to easily fit in my garage without blocking my path or storage space. I mainly use it to keep drinks to rehydrate while working outdoors and it keeps plenty of them on hand at just the right temp. It has decent space in the freezer and fridge drawers for any small items I may need and has been reliable so far.

This compact refridgerator / freezer combo has a small footprint, but lots of storage inside. 18.5" wide and 19.4" deep will fit in a family room, workshop, craft room, dorm room, etc. It is Energy Star rated and comes with a 5 foot cord. There are 3 adjustable glass slide-out shelves to customize to your needs and clean easily. It has 7 temperature control settings and a light on the upper right-hand side to make it easy to see inside. This model must be manually defrosted, and the manufacturer recommends every 3 months. The sleek, updated design fits well with most decors.

Came with a large dent at the top corner. This is the second time I've ordered this fridge by delivery, and both times it arrived with the same problem.

The fridge arrived 2 days late and there are two large dents at corners! I contacted Home Depot and asked for a refund. They offered partial and full refund options. Full refund requires returning the item, but we needed the fridge right away, so it was not an option for us. I asked for the partial refund option. They offered 10% refund which is only $21.77!! I asked for more refund but was not successful. Terrible experience and I'm extremely disappointed at Home Depot.

I love this new Vissani mini fridge and freezer . Its the perfect size for my home office and I love the matte black color. Its Energy Efficient so that will be great , its pretty good size inside to hold my beverages, snacks and fruit cups. It has a large bin for vegetables and fruits . The freezer is a good size for some ice cream bars or frozen treats. Looks great and Ill be happy to use it for many years. It was super easy to set up, just plug in and remove tape and plastic from shelves and your ready to go, I put the setting at 5 and it only took a few hours to get cold. The temperature setting is large and easy to see.

The product arrived damaged and it is confusing how to have it replaced because it was a promotional item. Beyond the dents and ticking in the compressor, the refrigerator and freezer perform well. Search for video DrB DIY Vissani for detailed information on how to change to doors to swing open from the left side. At one hour, the freezer was 0F degrees; the refrigerator 45F. After three hours, the refrigerator was down to 28F and the ice in the freezer was frozen. Impressive. On the lowest setting, the freezer still stays at 20F. After changing the door swing and adjusting the front legs to level the unit, the product is stable and performs well. Very happy. Hoping shipping damage hasn't cause unseen issues.

I have been wanting a nice mini-fridge to put in my garage for snacks, sodas, and an overflow option for when we have more food than room in the main refrigerator. A full size refrigerator would not fit in the space I have available so a bigger mini-fridge was the target. I found this Vissani mini-fridge to be the perfect size. It has a small freezer thats separate from the fridge and the fridge has a lot of usable space. The light in the fridge is helpful when sneaking late-night snacks. The door swing is reversible so I can switch it to better fit its location. Hard to beat this mini-fridge!

Overall, I am happy with this fridge/freezer. It does a great job at keeping my sodas cold and keeping frozen stuff frozen. The black matte finish is really nice and fits well with the other electronics in the same room. I only have 2 complaints about it. 1) The sound when it is actively running is higher pitched than my previous mini fridge which makes it seem louder than it probably is. That being said, I can only hear it when there is no other background noise. 2) it arrived with a ding in the door. It is not super noticeable unless you get the right lighting. To be fair though, this is far from the first mini fridge I have bought that arrived with a ding in the door.

I got this Vissani 3.1 cubic feet of storage dual Zone fridge and freezer to store the perishable items and cold drinks in my home office because it matches very well to the décor; it is of compact footprint and doesn't take much space. The shipment was received, and nothing was damaged. It was packaged great, and everything was taped up so nothing could get damaged on transport. However, after unpacking, installation and plugged it in I found size fit my space; it cooled down fast and cools my drinks perfectly and is surprisingly makes little to no noise. It actually holds quite a bit and bigger than what I thought would be. In addition, I appreciate that it is an ENERGY STAR rated and of customizable interior organization to accommodate different sized items. So far, I have not had any issues and it works well like it should. I am satisfied with my little fridge and would recommend it.

So, my shop space seems more and more limited by the day therefore, I decided to downsize my refrigerator and I’m glad I did. This unit takes up far less of a footprint and I can still keep plenty of beverages stocked. Plus I still have the convenience of a freezer. My unit was damaged upon receiving so, better packaging is recommended. That aside, it seems to be a quality unit. I immediately used the supplied hardware to reverse the door opening to fit my needs. It is very easy to do. A easy to read owners manual is included. All-in-all, this is a nice refrigerator that, based on its size, really fits my space and fulfills my need. The interior does include LED lighting which is much appreciated. There are 5 levels of adjustment and so far after a week of use I have left in on level three how it came. Two thumbs up!
