Viva obviously jumped on the cost-cutting bandwagon and cut way to many corners on these. They used to be absolute best, softest paper towels available and were perfect for use on even delicate skin. This new version is very rough and less durable than they used to be. In the pictures, you can see the old version (bottom half) and the new version on top of each other. The texture difference is very obvious. With the high price, these aren't worth buying anymore. Please go back to the old method. They were only paper towels of their kind.

I’ve been using these for a few years. Please don’t take them off the market! Best paper towels ever. Some of my local store aren’t carrying them anymore.

I'm in love with these towels. It was instantly apparent that these are very thick and even kind of stretchy. I was unable to notice anything that needs to be changed. I will be trading out my current towels for Viva.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely LOVE how soft these paper towels are! Heavy enough for cleaning greasy hands and soft enough for little faces! My husband uses these in the garage for cleaning his face and hands and I use these in our home for cleaning most everything! Durable and won't scratch my stainless steel appliances. Use it for my eyeglasses also since these are soft enough that they won't scratch the lenses.

I just bought from Walmart and says Viva Signature Cloth but not soft anymore. Has a rough texture. I hate them. They didn’t even bother to rename them or say new and improved or say different texture. Very coarse. I used to be able to use these for makeup removal and even blowing my nose. No more. And I can’t even buy up the old towels because the label is the same. Extremely disappointed.

I cleaned my kitchen with this one and it lasted the whole way, including my microwave. One negative was when I opened the package, the first two had to be tossed for it was secured tightly on the towels behind it.

They’re soft, they don’t rip easily at all, & they don’t fall apart when you’re using them for things like cleaning. They also absorb really well which is amazing! I love that they’re soft enough to use like a Kleenex but tough enough to use to scrub things like grease stains. Buy these paper towels!

Rang out the paper towels a couple of times and they never did rip. It stayed together the whole time. I was impressed.
