It is exactly what I was looking for.

Extremely stable two-stepper. Easy to keep one foot on each side. Gotta really try to fall off this one. Also great for working on a vehicle engine bay.

As a trim carpenter and cabinet installer, I rarely need a ladder taller than this. I like that you can go up either side. Solid as a rock.

Very sturdy and well built. Easy to apply adhesive nonskid to the ridged but slick bearing surfaces.

Unless you are specifically looking for a lightweight ladder, getting a twin step instead of the traditional "one-sided" is definitely the way to go. You'll ask yourself, "why aren't all ladders made like this?"

I purchased this ladder with the twin steps so am able to sit on the top to do chores of a certain height. I have a terrible L3, L4 and L5 which makes it super difficult to stand upright let alone trying to do things with my arms up in the air. Seeing the ladder is only 4 ft and much wider than normal on the top step, I feel very safe. Of course i'm not rocking or wrestling around with things while i'm on the top step. I had changed out a shower curtain and I was at the perfect height to unhook the shower rings and remove the old and install the new with no troubles or discomfort. I have a few other chores in mind where this ladder will help immensely. Stay safe as best you can.
