NOT as described. It is NOT 18 x 28. It is 20 X 30. It is NOT wood. It is a good quality plastic, but NOT wood. It CANNOT be hung horizontally or vertically. Hanging hardware is set in (flush) with the back of the frame (which is a nice feature) BUT to only hang vertically. You may also see in the description "15 x 25"; nobody knows why that is stated here, had an online chat and I was assured that that misleading size would be addressed and removed.
