Needed replacement struts for a big lotus kite. These dowel rods fit perfectly the diameter we required, and were easily trimmed to the needed length.

The dowel was very out of round and bowed. Did not work for what I needed it for.

Nice hardwood dowels. We cut them into 3 pieces to make streamers for a wedding. Worked great.

Could have been of better quality, but for the price, it was worth it.

I was a little worried from the other reviews that said they were the wrong size, but it measured exactly 1.5" diameter for mine. Seems quite sturdy and no warping or anything.

I used the dowels to replace the legs on some very heavy furniture. The wood has a smooth surface ready to be stained with no sanding needed. Fit my needs very well.

I purchased 75 of the Waddell 3/16 in. x 36 in. Hardwood Round Dowel with the plan to use them to stake my gladiolus. All of the dowels were true to size, but unfortunately they were not heavy enough to hold up the plants.

I am using these dowels to add a couple more shelves in my freezer.

ACouple of my dowel rods were not straight

Dowel was very warped and not made out of hardwood. It was a cheap softwood, maybe for a deciduous tree, but not a true hardwood. It was pathetically bad quality.

They're 1 15/16" in diameter, not 2" as claimed. Maybe that won't matter for some folks, but it matters for my application, unfortunately.

The product matches, exactly, the description. Not even any warping of the product, just as straight as in the image.
