I like the convenience of these thin pre-cut pieces, but since they are poplar I assumed they would hold up to incidental water and humidity. I used them for some parts of a kids play kitchen that occasionally had some water spilled, and they have warped very easily. This is not so much a fault of the product as of the wood itself (and perhaps my own expectations), but I was a little disappointed that they aren’t a sturdy as the first seemed.

The pieces vary in color distribution so if matching is necessary, choose carefully.

It is a little pricey but save some money for bigger lumber. It good for what I need.

I cut this down to be used as a trim piece for some shelving I made in a closet. Works great in really tight spaces.

Board was what I needed for my project. Would be nice if there were more length options.

it was appropriate size for my project, however the boards are quite thin and wide, thus they are curved top to bottom, making it more difficult to use as a thin and flat project board.

I used the thin but solid piece of wood to trim out my vanity cabinet. Stained well and hardly noticeable.

Good stuff - just don't torch for accents outside in the cold it warps it.

Well, its wood. How much expectation do you have for wood? You get to look it over before you buy it, so if it was inferior or defective, you either wouldn't buy it or you'd buy it out of desperation in which case you knew in advance it was questionable. So, it looked rather straight for HD quality PW and its 1/2", so it has some integrity to it. So what it one supposed to say? "Boy, what an amazing piece of plywood!!". Um, no. It's plywood. Compressed layers of cellulose, lignin and excipients. Cuts nicely with a saw. I'll stop now.

These are an economical solution for hardwood that look great for hardwood trim.

I make cut outs with a gig saw for my wife to paint...it is the perfect piece for this. I found it by accident in the isle, I'll be back to buy some more
