  • Quality unit but should have not bought the Home Depot model

The grill is natural gas and is great not having to bother with changing tanks in the middle of grilling. The only dislike is the Home Depot model has a "lift out" door covering the center front bottom of the grill whereas the non HD model has a "conventional" door. Also the "grease tin" under the bed can blow away in a strong wind. Poor design that was better in older models. Aside from those two issues the grill is wonderful. I will be trying to see if I can change to the conventional type door which should also eliminate the grease tin issue.

  • Great Natural Gas Grill

Home Depot assembled the grill for free which was a big plus. A bit confusing on the natural gas hook-up but with a few extra parts from the local ACE Hardware store things were "cooking". Living at 8,500 feet we are pleased that the orifices still work well. Only draw back is that it takes 10 minutes per the instructions for the grill to reach cooking temperature. That is a 5 minutes longer than my old Weber Genesis Propane Grill. But goodby trips to the store for propane bottle exchanges.

I purchased the natural gas version of the spirit, great quality , it heats up to over 500 degrees in about 15 minutes. I've cooked about 7 pizzas on the pizza stone, and love it. One thing that happened to me and a neighbor is that the grated were put in upside down to the middle circle grate did not sit flush with the rest of the grill. Easy fix, just flip it over... Cant wait to get the Wok.. & other accessories.

Had the grill for about a month and used it 5 or 6 times. I have the natural gas version. It came with a 10 ft gas line which was perfect to connect to the house line. Construction is very good. Starts every time. Wheels help it roll smoothly. It did not come with a cover and had to buy another brand because the Weber brand for the series 300 was too small for the newer model. I would recommend this grill to anyone.

This product is not as sturdy as I would hope for the dollar cost. Some of the components used to assemble it are made cheaply

I was very impressed with the engineering of the grill when I put it together. All holes lined up and nuts were welded onto the receiving pieces, so that took them out of the assembly process. The instruction book was entirely pictures, which was ingenious. The grill is of very high quality and I expect it to last a long time. This is a good grill choice.
