My new Weber Griddle adds versatility to how and what I can cook on my Genesis gas grill. It's perfect for Bacon, Scallops, Fish, and even baking Cornbread! It's easy to clean and fun to use.

Recently purchased. Cooked great fillets at 500 degrees. Look forward to cooking again.

VERY GOOD SUPER HEAVY

I have used this griddle for two years. Forget breakfast and bacon. It fits into the centre of the gourmet BBQ set up lowering it closer to the heat. You can add water and herbs leaving the centre burner off once heat level is reached. Using the Weber rack which perfectly fits on top of it, suspend any form of joint or bird over it. It creates a steam and indirect convection oven that cooks the meat or fowl perfectly while creating a wonderful jus. Keep adding water or in the latter stages wine to top up the skillet and use a Weber probe to achieve perfect internal temp of the joint or fowl. I have cooked ribs of beef, whole chicken, full legs if lamb by this method. Even a goose though in the early stages the fat had to be collected in a metal deep dish placed inside the skillet. There is absolutely no mess or smoke only perfectly controlled cooking.

I have used the Webber griddle once and was impressed with the performance. I cooked bacon and eggs on the grill with the griddle and they came out perfect. The eggs didn't stick so all was good.

I recently purchased the griddle and prepared pan seared halibut which was amazing.

I bought this gridle 2 months ago took a few weeks to try it, I seasoned it first then I put it on my spirt grill and grilled a pizza family really enjoyed it. Then on a Saturday I made breakfast on it it was also a hit!

Have used it only 4 times so far but I love it. Great for bacon and burgers. Onions and peppers as well.

My wife would make Potato pancakes once in a blue moon, only because the grease splash clean-up was the only thing not to look forward to. But with the cast iron insert, and no mess in the kitchen, our family enjoys this traditional German side more often. Works great!

The griddle performed flawlessly. I love that it's cast iron. I think I probably take this thing camping.

This not only rocks as a nice way to saute and cook other things on the grill, but I use it to serve whatever I'm cooking on the grill and it keeps it hot. It's a good looking piece to serve food on. It's currently one of my most used pieces. It cleans up really easy too. This was one thing I was not sure I would use much but instead it has quickly become my favorite. It's not a normal cast iron pan it seems like it is coated with something that makes it fit for serving as well as cooking. Love it!

Q3000 is small but mighty / far better spend than Webber larger grills / the griddle is handy for eggs / bacon / pancakes / etc / not too big too small just right

I cook breakfast quite often on my Weber. This griddle is great for morning eggs and bacon. Everything comes out perfect and it is also easy to clean. Next up I will be trying some dinner recipes. Great purchase.

This griddle is amazing. We use it to cook bacon on our Weber Q300 series grill. It cooks up perfect every time and keeps the smell out of the house! Highly recommend. We haven’t cooked bacon inside since we received this griddle about a two months ago.

I used this a couple of Weeks ago to cook breakfast on. I did sausage, bacon and eggs over easy. Everything turned out perfect. I highly recommend this.

Haven't had a chance to use this yet, only had it for a couple weeks. But I'm so excited to try it out. I'm planning to grill some shrimp for Shrimp Alfredo with Zoodles. I'm super stoked that it's cast iron. I love me some cast iron, that's for sure. Yeee haaaw

I love this pan. It increases the versatility of my grill. I can sauté so many things now on my grill.

Love it, seasoned it with denaturalized coconut oil before using. Have made bacon, eggs, breakfast sausage, grilled english muffins. Nice and heavy cast iron skillet (not to heavy though) fits in my Weber Traveler grill perfectly.

Love it. Already have searing grate and wok!! Happy to have this.
