Within 3 years and it's rusting away. Always has a cover on it and sits on a deck. Very disappointed in the quality. Our last Weber was over 20 years old and never rusted. Do not recommend

Grill seems well made and should last a long time. Ordered online and assembled myself. 4/5 because of the back panel of the grill. A full front door would make you think there is a full back panel but that's not the case. Called Weber thinking it was the wrong piece and was told that it was correct and that was their "upgrade" on the 2024 model. Screw holes are still there for the full back panel that was used on the old models. May not bother everyone but it did me so I wanted to share.

Excellent Grill. Easy to put together. Also purchased the Crafted Griddle. Only thing I don't like is when using the crafted griddle you have to leave a large hole on one side since there is no smaller grate to cover the hole. Therefore I may try to make one. Can't understand why weber forgot about this. Customer Service could not answer other than maybe I should have purchased the full size griddle. Still it works great and it gets high marks from me.

Love it! Excellent propane grill.

This is an excellent grill. It heats quickly and evenly. There is a wide range between high and low heat. The cast iron grills are reversible to provide wide or thin sear marks. It is ruggedly built. The built-in propane tank level indicator is a really nice feature. It took about three hours to assemble. The instructions are entirely visual and sometimes a bit ambiguous. There were several assemblies I had to undo and correct.

Firs a good footprint on my deck…. Heats up intensely and quickly…. An attractive fit

This is my first experience of a gas grill. It was easy to setup using manual and delivery of the product was on time. Product is of good quality that you can feel while assembling. First grill experience with beef and chicken kabobs was exciting. Will try steaks next time. Easy to clean after cooking :)

Works great. Easy assembly if you have the tools. Door had slight dent in it

Bought this grill from Home Depot and had it delivered to my house. Assembled myself and it is not difficult just time consuming. First problem was the electric starter cap on the battery broke. It was replaced by Weber no questions asked. Grill was registered with Weber. After owning it for 2 1/2 years the wheel support on the base weld broke. The unit sits outside but does have a Weber cover on it at all times. The wheel support did not break because of rust. It was a quality control spot weld. Weber would not replace it under warranty. It was very difficult to replace and there are instructions required complete disassembly of the top , drip pans , LP tank. After 2 1/2 years of the grates were completely rusted through even though I have a Weber brush to clean them. Replaced under warranty. I don’t mind paying for parts but who is going to fix? You!

Excellent grill. The store help me put in my trunk that was very helpful as it was heavy. Took me about seven hours to put it together.

Although it is relatively new and I've only used it a couple of times, the grill appears very nice and just what I wanted in my new grill. However, not being a mechanical person, it took me and a friend no less than 3 hours to put it together. The worse part of this purchase had nothing to do with the grill itself but with Home Depot. When delivering it, it was left in open and plain view in the middle of my drive way so we couldn't even pull the car into the garage and or move the box due to it weight. The good news....when Home Depot management was contacted and this brought to their attention, they sent two of their drivers back and it was moved to him proper home.

Easy assembly, everything fit together perfectly. Sear station is a plus, first use was to cook a flat Iron steak, cooking heat was even and steak was perfect. Weber is the way to go.

This is our 3rd Weber grill. The previous grill lasted 18 years and the only reason I got rid of it is because I wanted one with a side burner. I haven’t been happy since the start. The side burner doesn’t put out enough power if you’re using the other 3 burners. The ignitor went after a few months so I’ve been lighting it with a candle lighter for years. Worst part is the inside of the cabinet is rusted out even though we keep it covered when not in use and regularly clean the inside (should have notified them before my warranty wore out) so the propane tank now has to rest on my deck.If I’m going to spend this much $ on a grill every 5 years I might as well get a cheaper “charbroil” or no name grill.

Received the grill on time. Box was damaged a bit but I took it home anyway. Sure enough, the door to the bottom of the grill was badly bent. Called Weber and they immediately sent out a replacement. Otherwise the grill is very nice and a great value at Home Depot

Ordered grill 7-13-24 with assembly included. Received 7-19-24. Assembled by team 8-8-24. This was way too long to wait for HD’s assembly team to complete the job. Required an email and two phone calls to the company handling scheduling for assembly getting a date for assembly. The team who came to do the job were excellent. The timeframe to get the service was terrible. Can’t say how I like the grill at this point.

The delivery took almost a week after the set delivery date. Bought it for a special event and totally missed it so . not a great experience . Maybe. do a better job making sure stick to the shipping date

I have bought gas grills over the years and they have been “affordable” after my last grill stopped working (after replacing parts) I decided to spend my money on a Weber. Never thought of owning one because they aren’t “affordable” IMO. I’ve been happy with my purchase! Weber fan for life
