I’ve been very satisfied with the grill. It’s been a great improvement over my last grill. The steaks I grilled were seared as advertised and the steaks are juicier and more flavorful.

Weber is always the best. I replaced my 30 year old Weber that I had rebuilt several times with this one. I imagine my grandkids will replace this one. ??

Perfect size for grill pad, and nice features for outdoor cooking. Also, Weber has a nice selection of add on accessories available for the model.

Weber has horrible customer service!
Weber literally grilling us for a defective product. Instead of asking for all the information in one sitting, they asked us piecemeal questions making us go back and forth to correct a faulty product which home depot delivered. Look elsewhere! If we don’t get the get the defective regulator replaced soon, this grill is getting returned! The only thing holding is back is that we spent time assembling the grill…

Awesome grill
You get what you pay for and this grill is head and shoulders above the cheaper brands. Easy to assemble, easy to use and built to last. I can't stop grilling burgers and steaks now.

Delivery was on time and placed in a secure, convenient location. Assembly instructions were clear and took much less time than I had anticipated (approximately 1.5 hours). Good experience overall!

Weber quality as usual. Can’t go wrong with Weber. Everything works and will last forever. Well worth the money to get one instead of cheaper grills that only last 3 years before needing replacement.

We love everything about it except that there are no handles for moving it. If it starts to rain, for example, and the grill is still hot, we have to leave it in the rain until it's cool enough to push it.
