This ladder has been a great purchase so far. I am in construction(Sheetrock) and use it almost every day. It is well built and feels very sturdy even when nearing the top. A little heavier than lighter duty ladders but I weigh 230 and find it worth the reinforcement and quality parts all the way around. I would recommend this ladder and would purchase again if needed.

I love my new ladder but the pick-up process was...
I love my new ladder but the pick-up process was a total joke. I had my husband wait in the car and I was in the store for over 1/2 hour to pick this up.
