Great quality and perfect matte black. And easy to use

I ordered two in oil rubbed bronze and received one oil rubbed bronze and one black one. Personnel need to pay better attention when making orders!

The strainers are high quality and match the double sink perfectly

DO NOT BUY - PIECE OF JUNK!!!! Fell apart, piece that holds the stopper on fell off and fell down the drain. Called Westbrass company to see if I could get another one and got laughed at and was told to go down to hardware store and see if I could get a screw that fits. That wasn't the point. This was an expensive item that lasted less than one year. This items sucks and so does their customer service!

The strainer is well made and has a very nice appearance in the white LG sink installed in our new countertops.

These go beautifully with sink, first couple of months everything was fine. Since then these dern things have fallen apart, the screw in the bottom has come lose many times, lost one screw down drain. For the money spent you would think you would get better quality!

To begin with there where no mounting instructions of any kind. Just the basket strainer shoved in a plastic bag along with my receipt. The strainer stem was broken and given the cost of this item, more improvement is definitely needed.

Purchased this basket strainer. Installed and within one week the finish was coming off the rim. Within the second week the finish came off the basket. Wanted a black drain to go with the black sink. Now we have a chrome looking drain. I wish I read the reviews. They are dated 2013 & 2014 and they're still selling this inferior product. I'll be contacting West Brass for warranty.

I wouldn't recommend this product because they sent me two different strainers. So I'm not even sure which strainer is the black pearl. The invoice said they were the same strainer. It wasn't noticed they were different until they had been installed into my black sink. The one strainer is still black (but it looks like it is going to wash off also), the other strainer the black washed off and it is an ugly silver color. I'm extremely disappointed in this product but this is the 2nd set of black strainers we have purchased from Home Depot. The other set shattered within 2 months of installation and we are tired of replacing strainers.

The strainers match nicely; however, two issues -- only one of the two we purchased came with the ö" ring needed. Went to the hardware store to buy another. The strainers are a tad too small for the recessed opening around the drain. Concerned about tiny particles of food getting caught in between the edge of the strainer and sink. It has been suggested we put a small line of silicone there??

I didn't have it in a week and the basket of it broke. Not happy about it, but Home Depot helped me out and replaced it.

Bought this along with the faucet for a laundry room application. It looks too good for a laundry room but the price point was right and it is perfect. Easy to install and works fine .

Cost appr. $54.00 per each. Purchased two to go with a black cast iron sink. the drain and strainers discolored within three days to the point they looked like chrome. Been a very difficult situation ever since for the manufacture to produce a proper product for this sink. they did send replacements that were disfigured and did not fit the sink, therefore causing a continous leak. Westbrass agreed to pay $75.00 for plumber, but sent an UNSIGNED check. After several weeks, and phone calls, finally received one $75.00 check. Still have another plumber fee due to the replacement being bad. Westbrass is not a company to stand behind their product nor do they make a reliable product.

Heavy Duty, high quality, easy to install. I think they had an extra washer between the stem and the stopper. It didn't drain well at first, but worked fine after removing the washer.

When I first got this product, I was thriled. It was a nice shade of black, felt heavy, and looked great. But, after 2-3 weeks of normal use in my kitchen sink, the black finish is all but gone. We are returning and going with our second choice.

Works perfect and it arrived sooner than expected. The sink strainer holds the water in really well too.

What a difference a basket strainer makes. We replaced the laundry room sink and got rid of the sink with the rubber stopper.
