I received the Westek LED COB TASK UNDER CABINET BAR light about one month ago. I opened the package and reviewed the instruction given and removed the back battery access cover. After adding three AA batteries, I replaced the cover and pressed the lens cover to turn the light on. The light came on and was a very bright white light. Yay! The light lit up my kitchen mid day. The light is sleek plastic with a clear dome over the bright lights. I placed one of the two lights underneath my kitchen counter near the coffeemaker. I have a decent overhead light in my kitchen but it is not as bright as this light. I placed a second light under my range hood above the stovetop. The lighting that is emitted from the stove is a weak yellow light and makes it difficult to see well when cooking on the stovetop. After putting this Westek light up it illuminated the area very well with the bright white light. I would recommend this light as it meets my expectations for bright white light.

These lights take three AAA batteries each. Once I got them and got this light on, I was surprised at how bright it is. It comes with a magnet that you attach to whatever you need and a magnet on the back so you can remove it to use where ever it's needed. A handy little addition to any toolbox. It is so nice to have a light right where you need it. Having it magnetic also allows one to work hands free with light.

The Westek LED light bar is a nice light to have around the house as an extra. The LED light is very bright and could be used for many applications including under the counter. I have been using the light for outdoor use. Taking out the trash, walking the dogs at night, as a spare flashlight, when I need to look under the hood of my car at night. The light requires 3 AAA sized batteries to operate and also has a small magnetic disc on the back plate as well as 4 small places for screws to attach it to wood or another non metallic surface. The backplate is a thin plastic and I feel that if it is dropped on a hard surface it could break. The magnet comes attached to a small metal disc that is sticky on one side so you can use the light almost anywhere you can stick the metal disc to. Overall the light is very nice, small and bright for many applications.

This two-pack was a great buy because of the twin pack. I loved the LED’s and sleek design versus the usual round push lights.
I had planned to buy some Velcro to attach these lights to make the battery replacement easier and was pleased to see the supplied magnet attachment option. However, I tried the magnets and was disappointed in how they held. Shutting the door of the closet jarred the light loose and I had to repair the light. So I’ll use Velcro on one light. The other light I used the screws supplied.

I installed this light under a cabinet in my kitchen. It provides an excellent bright light for the counter. It is also very handy when a flash light is needed in the kitchen to just grab this light from under the cabinet and use it as a flashlight. I was surprised that the batteries were not included, but fortunately I had some available. Also, I think it would b better if a single button turned the light on or off. It seems to only turn the light on if I push lighting element directly in the middle and not on the tapered sides of the light lens.

The magnet is too weak and allows the light to move or falls off the supplied metal mount (with double-sided adhesive already applied) while turning On/Off. One of the lights On/Off Switch is very intermittent and started after 5 - 10 cycles. I tried to mount this in my safe using the supplied mounting options, but it's lined in felt so I could not use the supplied magnet mount and the supplied screw are too long. I will source shorter screws and update my review. Photos are provided of the lighting area and for the two areas used it is sufficient. Based on the magnet strength is too weak and one of the lights On/Off switch is not working properly, I would not recommend this product.

Bright light that is easy to mount with adhesive magnet, but can easily pull loose and fall. I like the pack of 2. One works really good but the batteries are very loose in the holder and the light doesn't operate all the time, batteries separate and no electrical connection. If you hit the light wrong or angled it can separate from the back and fall.

This is a good light for under the kitchen cabinet uppers. It can be mounted with screws or with a adhesive magnet. I tried the magnet mount first but do feel it is strong enough to stay in place after repeated use. I am sure the screws will hold up fine but I am going to use stronger magnets to keep from putting screws in the bottom of cabinets. If you use the screws then the holes are through the battery cover that slides sideway .

I used this two pack in a closet and under a kitchen cabinet. It's plenty bright for a dark hall closet. Having the magnetic back is great for the closet so it can be taken down and pointed where I want to look. It has a low profile so it doesn't stick out from under the cabinet. With a 15hr operational time this should last me a long time, as long as I don't leave it on over night. The battery cover slips off easily, but a piece of tape solved that issue. I wish batteries were included, but still a good price without them.
