Have had this Water Heater installed and running for a year now. We have had no issues with it. We are a family of 8 with; 3 1/2 bath, Washer machine, Dishwasher, and 6 sinks in our house. We can run the washer, dishwasher, sink, and shower with no issues in this unit keeping up. We have never lost hot water. **PLEASE READ** I installed this unit myself. I read over the entire manual probably 12 times before even taking this unit out of the box. There are a lot of details, instructions, and specifications you NEED to follow for this unit to work sufficiently. Don't go by knowledge just follow exactly what the instructions say and you will love this unit. Important notes are the intake and exhaust levels as well as proper room and temp where this unit is stored. There is maintenance that needs to be performed monthly and yearly. Make sure you do it.

I have had several leaks. When I was able to contact support that make you take lots of pictures to prove you didn't void the warranty. This last time they wanted me to take apart the the whole top of the combustion chamber to take pictures. It makes me sick that it cost so much and I have to replace it (with a different brand). No to this water heater No to Westinghouse products

It's early yet as it was just installed, but so far it has been very good.

Having this unit has been a disaster. Been without hot water for a week. Plumber has been here 4 times, $$$. Replaced ignition rod which I had to have over nighted. Still doesn't work. Westinghouse is the absolute worst customer service I have ever come across. Two calls to tech support both over an hour wait time so plumber had to leave. No solution in sight and still no hot water. Do not buy from this manufacturer, you will regret it. Home Depot shouldn't sell items they don't stock parts for especially subpar equipment.

Its been 9 months and water heater has been working trouble free.. Nice...

The unit shifted to me had broken condensation bottle. I trouble shot it and fixed it myself with the part sent to me from Westinghouse. I considered it as risk of doing business. The problem was the Westinghouse support. They were so bad. One of them yelled at me for installing the unit myself. They did not send the part to me overnight event though it was under warranty ( I have it for only about 20 days). They asked me for $75 for sent it overnight. My family had no hot water for 10 days while waiting for the part. They did not care about the customer. They did not make the distinction between normal order and warranty order.
