Looks great and so far so good! Happy with this choice.

Took way to long for delivery. The product is fine and a backup water heater for a 120 gallon on we have. If it had been our only heater, I wouldn’t have waited so long!

Works great we can do laundry take 2 showers and a load of dishes and still have hot water to spare

I'll give it 5 stars after it lasts 24 years, like my prior unit did.

This Westinghouse water heater has really left a great impression on me and would recommend it to all those that have smaller water heater’s so one with warranty also.

The added capacity is a major plus for our large household; we went from a 60 gallon tank to this 100 gallon. Shower after shower, and plenty of hot water available. The heater has a fast recovery rate and doesn't require a larger than normal electrical service. We've only had it in use for about a month so I can't comment on the electrical cost. However, I suspect it will not be that bad.

Easy installation. Turn on power, after 1.5 hour I was showering. No problems what so ever. The install took 6 hours Just because I'm a neat person. I'm retired 71 years old love working and if I was able to submit a higher review I would. The best. Thank you Westinghouse and home depot's for a good quality product. Joe R Kentucky

Second attempt at a review. Magically my first never made it. Heater advertised as a 'Lifetime Warrany'. The model I ordered, WEC080C2X045, and installed had 'N06' at the end of the model number. Figured it was a Home Depot identifier. Tried to register with Westinghouse to get Lifetime warranty. Told me NOT eligible because of the N06. Lesser model. 6 year warranty! Would not have bought this relatively expensive heater with only a 6 year warranty. E-mailed complaint to Home Depot Customer Care over a week ago. No response. I feel very cheated by this deceptive advertising and disappointed in no contact by Home Depot.

Beautiful unit! Out of power for 48 hours due to storm and still taking hot showers!

Plenty of hot water!

Working fine. Check with me in five years.

I've only had this product for a few weeks so it's to early to review its performance. I purchased it from Homedepot.com, the online store of Homedepot, and received it on time, in good shape. Shipping was efficient. The tank looks elegant, a little taller but less wide than my previous heater, and after adjustment of the thermostats, delivers hot water as expected. If I have the option of updating my review after a period of time, say one year later, I will do so.

Very pleased with the water heater. Recovers quickly which is huge.

Avoid this tank at all costs! Do not buy! You won’t be happy. Heating elements are $62 each to replace. The elements will go bad in the first 12 to 13 months.
