We have tried different brands, sometimes trying to save a couple of bucks, but always come back to Westpac so here to stay. It stays smooth even when someone leaves the lid off. Goes on easily and consistently. If we need to add back water, it mixes well, where other brands have separated. Has good tack for applying tape and flows without sag (unless you put it on too thick). Will be sticking with Westpac to maintain our sanity!

I purchased this 4 gallon pre-mixed joint compound to use in a texture hopper gun. I applied texture to several new drywall walls and ceilings in a residential home. I had to thin the compound with water and mix it thoroughly prior to using it in the gun. I also used it to make drywall repairs. It worked well and I would purchase it again.

I textured my ceilings with this.
