Works as described. I first removed the moss from the pavers on the patio. After applying the product, the patio remained moss free for several months. Getting ready to apply another application and don't think I'll have to manually remove much moss.

Purchased this product to remove mold from my metal roof. It did not work; even after six months! When I contacted their customer service about their "guarantee", they told me that the product does not remove dirt and that they would not stand behind their guarantee. I explained to them it was black mold and they still would do nothing. In essence, the product doesn't work and they do not stand behind their guarantee. Don't waste your money!

Made quick work of green algae on siding and sidewalks. Did not affect black staining on painted metal between windows. Will definitely use again. Prior I mixes some bleach into sand and brushed my sidewalk with good effect, this is so much easier.

It worked so fast killing moss I was very surprised

I was a little skeptical of this after I used it. Nothing seemed to happen. But....after about a day...boy, ok, this DOES work. Mix it with the right amount of water and it does the trick. It's a bit pricey but I was able to cover a lot of surface with one bottle.

There was no visible change in the stains on my painted brick outside. A few stains usually appear every few months or so from the water that runs off of my patio roof onto the back of my house. I wire brushed the moss that had collected and applied Wet & Forget (about 3 weeks ago); stains are still there. I got much better results from spraying the stains with Clorox Cleanup, allowing it to soak for about 15 minutes and hosing it off. I was disappointed with the product.

Mold still present on deck after 3months.

The product did a great job of removing mold and mildew from my patio, and I will definitely use it again.

This is amazing product. It does exactly what it says. No need to scrub. My balcony looks like new.

Reviews online we almost too good to be true but I can attest that they are true. Just applied my second 1/2 gallon to front walk after using it a couple of months ago on back walkway which had good growth on it and is in shade. After a month very noticable improvement. Easy use.

Wet and Forget in the in the hand spray bottle. We bought the small bottle first to see if it worked. 12/13$ at Home Depot. We have a family cemetery marker that has been in place just over 100 years. It was covered with decades of mold, algae, moss, etc. It had turned black over time. I read about "Wet and Forget" and decided to try it. In Sept 2017 I sprayed the monument. Six weeks later I sprayed it again using the remainder. Over the winter I checked it occasionally and did not see much improvement. However this spring is another story. The monument is almost completely clean. This stuff is amazing! 4 stars and two thumbs up!!

Works really well on siding. Mold gone in just a few days after application. Lighten up the deck stairs some but got rid of the smell in the wood after being under water for 3 days during Hurricane Harvey

Did just what I wanted it to do!

I was pleasantly surprised by this product! After reading online that it may take up to 2 months for the effects to be seen, I was happy to notice that only 2 days after application my extremely green patio had been cleaned. I'd definitely recommend this product to anyone!

only worked on the moss on patio pavers. Did not get rid of black mildew spots. Patio is only 5 yrs old.

dumped it and it is two weeks later and some of the mold is lifting.

It kills the mold/mildew but I had to follow up with wiping away the residue mold/mildew that was killed. Wet & Forget is a little misleading.

I used this on the concrete area in my front door area, that had black and green fungi. I applied one application with a sprayer.. and I saw a difference immediately the next day. The concrete lightened up, and the fungi is disappearing. It's not 100% yet, but the directions state that it takes time.. so I'm very happy with the result. In the fall, I'll put on another application. I like that it doesn't harm the surrounding plants in my garden, and seems safer for the environment. Recommended..

I had already used this product when a neighbor gave me some to try. It worked great, but my bricks were slimy black to start with and I wanted to give them another treatment. That is why I bought some of my own product. I would recommend this if you have time to "wet and forget". It does take 6 months to fade the mold.

I was skeptical that this product would remove deep and not-so-deep moss/algae stains on my 23-year old vinyl siding but gave it a try. WOW! After mixing as directed and liberally applying to our house's (vertical) vinyl siding last week using a pressure sprayer nearly all moss and algae was gone following last night's rain. I only used a small amount of the 1-gallon mixture to cover a large area of siding so have a lot left over and will reapply to those few small spots where a light moss residue remains. I hope this product has a long shelf life because a little bit goes a long way at least on vinyl siding. My concern about this product leaving a residue or stain on the siding that would show where the product was / wasn't applied appears unfounded as I couldn't see a difference in the siding's color or appearance. There are a few more areas on the house's siding that need this product but are up high and require an extension ladder. Now that this product has proven itself I will reapply to the small spots on lower wall and then apply to higher spots.
