This sleak design fits under my cabinet perfectly ! I've never seen a microwave this narrow but yet still fits everything I typically put in a microwave. I love that a fan is built in and I have a nice little light I can turn on when I cooking on the stove. It does, however stick out more than I'm use to but Id say the pros out weigh the cons.

My interest in a low profile microwave came about as a result of a kitchen upgrade which includes coming subway tile backsplash. I realized that if I got a new microwave, I needed to do it before installing tile. Like other comments say, there's no need for a full size microwave unless you nuke turkeys; the only thing I use it for is heating water and reheating leftovers. And I really liked the idea of additional working space over the range. My only concern was the additional 2 inches this would stick out from the wall. I also couldn't quite ascertain that this unit had an interior vent fan and light. In the end, I bit the bullet and got it and I am VERY pleased. It's super-sleek, the 3-speed fan is quiet and efficient, the light is good, the additional width is negligible, and I love the extra space over the range.The before/after photos say it all. Highly recommend.

We got the low profile OTR microwave to save space on the counter. Kept watching for sales to come around and when they did we jumped on it. Our kitchen is about midsize and it looks good. Easy to install and works perfectly. Only drawback it’s not fingerprint resistant. Next is gas range and fridge. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

I have had my new Whirlpool slimline microwave installed for about a month now and I love it! I love the look of it, it seems so modern and sleek. Great For Corners!

We wanted to DIY reno the kitchen and this microwave fit the bit. It has a small profile but more powerful exhaust fans as we were planning to add an exterior vent. The underneath lighting is okay, but it has variable modes like the fan which I do like. The buttons are cool, but my fingers are tough so they are sometimes hard to detect. I would recommend it for the sleek look and the corner ovens.

The Microwave is exactly what we needed as we usually use it for reheat and quick cook. It was installed on Nov 20 to replace the conventional countertop MW. It looks great in our kitchen . I worried at first because of the slim feature thinking it will look a bit off compared to the rest of the appliances but, just the opposite we are really happy with it and all the features. I specially like the soft touch to open the door. It is well designed. I just hope it lasts long. I would recommend to anyone looking for this type of microwave
