Purchased my Whirlpool fridge about 2 weeks to replace a much larger fridge. I wanted a smaller size with an inside ice maker. My Whirlpool is great. I followed the manual. It is making ice, and keeping my food cold. I wanted a top freezer instead of a bottom pull-out which I always had issue closing with my old fridge. My Whirlpool looks great. It definitely keeps things cool and frozen. But it runs most of the time and sometimes loudly. We wonder if there are issues with it and will see our electrical bill before following up with Whirlpool about the warranty. However, it was delivered with some field damage, scratches on the face front of the refrigerator which was unfortunate. See attached photos. We needed a refrigerator immediately, after our last one stopped freezing things due to errors by previous owners of our house. Plugging it in before letting the oil settle back down. This was a perfect fit for replacing our existing Frigidaire. Its fairly quiet and the temperature for the freezer has been wonderful. No issues or concerns at this time and would recommend this to anyone.
Makes noise all the time and not working as it should

Energy efficiency :
I bought this product a year ago and it seems that it was only good fro a year! This is not what you expect from a brand new major appliance. It was making very loud noise from the beginning which made me regret buying this brand and now it is only getting worse. Unfortunately, I can not take a picture of the noise but it feels like it is going to stop working any second!
Not recommend this product.

Only have my new frig for a couple of weeks, but so far so good. Only complaint from my husband is there isn’t a light in the freezer. It’s my first stainless frig I’ve ever had and I’m trying to figure out how to eliminate streaks. I’ve tried a product and google suggestions, but still haven’t found one that totally works. Have had this refrigerator since December 2019. It seems to be cooling fine, but each time freezer or refrigerator door is opened and shut, it makes a very loud, almost whistling noise. Also, I noticed the seal on the freezer door appears to be tearing. Not sure if this will turn into a problem as time goes on. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
