[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Looks great! But the control strip that has the buttons looks kind of bad. Looks like a milky film over the buttons which has large air pockets around most of the buttons. Not very clean looking

I bought this dishwasher to replace one I had for 30 years without issue until it finally died. It washes reasonably well, but even with the air dry, the top rack items are often not dry. It was installed in December of 2021, and yesterday the top rack nearly fell down because the plastic clips that hold one of the roller wheels just cracked off and fell out. Now I have to order a replacement part and can't use the upper rack until it gets here. I will be wondering what other parts will suddenly fail.

The wheels broke off the top shelf after 2 months, the bottom carriage lost a wheel and then the pastiche snapped after 4 months. At 7 months the water inlet stopped working and so we are now waiting on parts to repair. A very upsetting purchase for my family.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Product was delivered October 21 and appeared to work when the installer left. By late afternoon it was flashing F2 E2 error message. Took a week to get the part replaced. It now seems to work well and quietly. So far so good. Only three dish loads at this point.

We got this as a piece in a set about two years ago and it is broken already. We figured it may be salvageable and paid 95 dollars to have a small appliance repair person tell me a pump is around 300 plus installation… so make your own decision, but if your setting up your kitchen I’d look for something else.

I purchased this dishwasher brand in April of this year and in less than two months, of it being installed by a Home Depot recommended installer, it caught on fire. It was a faulty dishwasher and it burned my entire kitchen. It was a terrifying experience. Thankfully, nobody got injured. I’ve tried to get a new dishwasher (note: I asked for a different brand) or my money back, but have been denied continuously.

Bought this unit in 2019 and already the top rack hinge is broken. The unit is used daily with cascade ultra pods. Despite the fact that we have hard water, the dishwasher we had prior lasted many years and it was also a whirlpool. The quality has greatly gone down and the prices have gone up.

This dishwasher also holds thr silverware individually so they clean better. It has a lot of space for dishes on the inside and I love that. One of the best dishwashers I have ever used.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] You won’t even know it’s on until u tough it and feel the vibrations. It’s sleek, really roomy inside. Does a great job of cleaning the dishes. Never leaves any water on the dishes no matter which cycle u use. I’m very happy. Way better than the GE we had. I like that the buttons are on top of the machine not on the outside so if u have kids no need to worry about them pressing those buttons to death.

We bought this a year ago and our heated dry went out and our top rack broke. Luckily the warranty is easy to use. Not impressed Quality wise.

Had this installed 2.5 years ago, and now it’s not operable due to circulation pump. Don’t waste your money.

I just ordered on 6/9 and the price changed. Home Depot will not honor a price adjustment--very disappointed. Additionally, I do not recommend the installation service. The installers did a poor job and rushed through getting it installed. There is now an unsightly gap on one side that exposes insulation (see picture).

The black stainless steel is beautiful and dishwasher works great. Love all my new Whirlpool black stainless steel appliances.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What a machine. I did not realize I had been living in dark ages with my Kenmore from 2003. I almost happy that I had to replace it. This Whirlpool not only cleans better with less detergent, but is so quiet. I can actually carry on a phone conversation standing next to the new machine mid cycle while with my old one I had to leave the room. I love the hidden controls and that it’s built right here in America. Another home run for Whirlpool .

The plastic parts break apart as it seems made with loa quality material, both sides cracked after 3 years.

The control panel is separated from the body, I just use 2 times and I bought it only 3 weeks ago.

It was tad bit tricky to find the electrical panel underneath it to wire the plug. Also the instructions booklet they made is terrible. However figured it out and wow amazing dishwasher. What I’m most impressed with is the drying cycle. Wow dishes are like crystal clear when finished.
