The oven sounds like metal is twisting when I use it, the black surface smears and everything leaves a mark on it, the drawer feels cheap, it just doesn’t have the same quality as my old range.

This one is a basic model - my opinion. Clock light is always on; burners get hot fast and take a while to cool down. Oven needs to be hand clean as a basic model.

We switched from gas because we don't have a vent hood and I was concerned about air quality inside with young children. This unit boils water much faster and bakes more consistently than our gas KitchenAid did. It looks great, works well, and is easy to clean with a glass cooktop cleaning kit. We mostly cook with cast iron, and we did get one scuff where a skillet slid, but the cooktop cleaner kit took it right out. We're very happy with our purchase!

Has work really nicely and if you use specifically the products to clean the top part, it will always look shinny clean, even after cooking a whole meal. Takes time for the top to warm up, but I guess it is a good thing so it’s not going 0 to 60 too fast and you end up accidentally burning a meal.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The heating element within the dual zone is always very hot in the center and does not extend to the outer edges, and this tends to burn the food. All of the other elements you have to put at a lower level of heat than you would on a regular range in order to avoid burning your food. The oven itself seems to cook very consistently, but the stove top is requiring a lot of time and effort to figure out how not to burn your food.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] heats up quickly and I had to figure out how to use the temperature controls on the oven. the only feature i do not like is the timer it is not loud enough and does not last long enough. I had to buy a spare timer that I could hear.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first smooth glass top range. It requires more diligence in cleaning than my previous cook top which had heating coils. It has to be wiped down every time it gets touched by hands because it smears so easily. My husband fried an egg and dripped a little on the cook top. I had to go buy special cleanser to take the egg off since it didn't come off with a wet cloth. I think in the future a different kind of stove top would be preferred. It looks very nice if you refrain from putting your hands on it! Other than that it operates just fine. One other thing I noticed is the burners tend to stay hot a lot longer after they are turned off unlike my old coils which cooled quickly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this stove a month ago and it works very well. My only complaint is the lettering around each burner's control knob. The lettering is so small it's difficult to read and it shouldn't be. We are controlling high temps and hot surfaces, for Christ's sake, and the instructions on the stove should be large and legible to anyone trying to use the stove.
