This dryer is malfunctioning, The touch screen buttons failed to work and the dryer just was running without me touching it. Constant beeping all day.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My old dryer (20+ years) had just a couple of knobs. So this has a LOT of features, which is good, but I'm still trying to figure them all out. The best part is the size, it's pretty huge, and I have not yet had a washer load it could not handle completely. My favorite feature: The end-of-load alarm is a pleasant chime, unlike my previous one which was a nasty and jolting buzz, so I'm actually using it! Overall a great appliance.

Still getting use to this new type of machine but so far I really like it. Cleans well a little on the noisy side but so far so good.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Dryer is great but I wished that we would have stayed with electric dryer. This dryer gets so hot that the entire laundry room is drenched with moist if laundry room door isn't left open wide. The dryer can exactly hold 2 loads of clothes but it doesn't always throughly dryer all the clothes. The door is a little bit hard to open and close..But overall, it's a great dryer.

Had for a week and its already down!! It will not power on.... and when I removed all the hoses to pull out and look at it the lint hose had water in it.. Something is major wrong with these dryers!! You wouldn't expect a brand new dryer to screw up within a few weeks!! Very messed up!! then want to charge us to fix!! I will never purchase from Home Depot again!! NEVER

Just got it and haven’t hooked up steam because we were unaware of what was needed. Love it and appreciate having a guide manual to familiarize myself with cycles. We also purchased washer but received no user manual but need one please.

GOOD DRYER BUT DONT BUY THE MATCHING WASHER!

I’ve had Samsung front loaders previously to purchasing this set, large capacity and drys thoroughly! Blankets and towels too!

It broke in less than two weeks — the entire motor blew and the drive belt dissolved. I then had to wait 5 days for a tech to come look at it, but they had no parts on hand and I have now been waiting 9 days for the parts to show up so that it can be actually repaired. This has been miserable
