These blinds will be fine if you never touch them. The thread running thru the blinds breaks easily with the gentlest handling. Did not last more than a few months.

I love the s shape of the blinds blocks out more light than traditional blinds. easy to install.

These are a good buy. Worked well.

I ordered these twice and both times they were cut to the wrong size. I was not able to use them.

I was sent the wrong product 3 times. Each time was a hassle on the phone w Home Depot to customer service. It seems the product is not a HD product but a 3rd party (TRE?). The first time I sent it back I put the refund in a HD gift card because I intended to order it again. The 2nd time I tried to return the (again) wrong item (they kept sending the wrong size) I had already been flagged in the system as a “problem customer”. I could no longer mail the product back and I could not get a straight forward refund. (Blocked). I made a big stink and the supervisor (whose hands were tied) found a way to give me a partial refund on my CC and part on a HD gift card (from a previous order I had made before- I think). He also told me to keep the blinds - that would have been a plus if they had fit any window that needed a blind. I waited for over a week and I tried to order on HD again. I figured they would have fixed whatever problem they had that was sending out the wrong size blind. When the blinds arrived they were once again the wrong size. I knew I was going to have to go thru the same nonesense with HD customer service on the phone. I did go thru the same nonesense. But this time they couldn’t even refund me. I was told I had to take the blinds to a HD store to get the refund. So, I had to drive 12 miles to the nearest store to return them. I will never buy on HD online store again. And now I have a gift card with my money on it that I have to use at HD - even though I had originally paid with my CC. It seems that some products on their website come from 3rd party companies. Unfortunately, the systems do not accommodate these differences and the customer is left w the short end of the stick. HD needs to put effort into better managing their supply chain software. They also need to empower their customer service supervisors to be able to override arbitrary decisions that are programmed into their system. But that’s their problem. I won’t be back.

Easy install. Ask Home Depot to cut to size for a custom fit.

9 months after putting these up, the strings that hold the slats busted. Usable, but now hangs at an angle, not repairable. These aren't blackout, but will dim the room significantly over standard mini blinds, but you have to angle the slats contrary to other blinds because of the "s" shape. For the price, I would expect it to have lasted much longer. The blinds that broke only got raised and lowered occasional when opening the window for fresh air or window cleaning.

Ordered multiple sets of blinds for my house on two separate occasions and the measurements were wildly incorrect on both orders. Measurements were 2+ inches off from what was ordered. Will be purchasing elsewhere.

Put them up did not work well returning them

Looks nice. Wish the length was about an inch longer.

Ordered 21 inch blind, arrived in a box marked 23 inch blind, and when I opened the box, it contained a 19 inch blind. Then had to return it to the store. Complete waste of my time.

Easy installation and it works great! Quality is good and it offers a design that blocks a lot of light. I'm happy with the purchase and the price.
