Works really well at sucking in steam/smoke and filtering the air. If I do not have it on I can smell the cooking fumes from my upstairs, but not if it is on. A little loud, but from what I understand they can be MUCH louder. Very sleek looking- glass is annoying to clean!

I have not used the extra set I brought, but the ones that came with the range hood work fine.

The proper measurements equaled the filters in the purchase order, only to receive filters that were to thick and to small. $50 dollars sits in the dump!!

Impossible to install. Manufacturer spoke to me on the phone and sent two extra filter sets.

Winflo took care of me. They sent me the carbon filters immediately when I told them that they didn't come in the box with my range hood. They are the correct size too. Thank you Winflo. Thank you Home Depot. :-)
